Create an A record on the DNS servers with the value that matches your account's shared IP address. I didn't realize that unvalidated forum accounts could not change their email address. That seems kind of silly, but if you PM me the new email address or when you reply to the deletion verification include the new email address in the reply I can manually change the Igrec account profile information for you.

That doesn't really explain why you have multiple domains that mimic closely the names of various banks, corporations, and governments, nor do I see any "tutorial and project flim" on your account anywhere. I hate to be the one to "fustrate" you further, but since your explanation doesn't make any sense we cannot unsuspend this account.
