Since you've been suspended multiple times for malware I definitely recommend you do some research on how to fix vulnerabilities on your site that hackers and spambots are abusing to upload these files and take control of your account. But for now... Your account is showing up as clean now. Thank you for taking care of this.

I've found the easiest way to set up cloudflare is the following. Set your domain's nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Park, or addon your domain through cPanel. Wait 24 hours and make sure your domain is working as expected. Log into cloudflare's website, and type in your domain. Cloudflare will copy all the existing, proven to work settings and instruct you to change your nameservers to something like olga.cloudflare.com and cleetus.cloudflare.com. Log into your domain registrar's website and make the changes. Wait 15 minutes to 48 hours for your DNS changes to go through, and cloudflare will alert you when everything is good to go. Obviously, there are shortcuts for everything, but this process leaves the least room for error and pretty much guarantees you a functional set up.

Yes, adding ftp. to the front of your main domain should be the ftp domain for your account. Any luck getting a useful error message?

It sounds like your college network is blocking port 3306. You could ask them about it, or only connect from the other computer that isn't blocked.

[Solved] Not Receiving Emails - Domain Name Shared With Another User (?)
Krydos replied to knut's topic in Customer Service
If you own the domain and want to host it on our servers you must do as I outlined above. If you do not own that domain here is the tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain for changing your main domain. If you don't own any domains I would recommend using a <name>.heliohost.org type domain because we offer those for free. Heliohost is a hosting service not a registrar service so you cannot just type in any random domain name and expect it to work if you haven't purchased it. If you're interested in purchasing a domain to use with your Heliohost hosting account I would recommend http://namecheap.com/ , http://godaddy.com/ or something else similar. There are also free domain registrars such as http://dot.tk/ that we can recommend. -
Which is?

Your site is showing up fine for me too, and all the DNS settings and cPanel settings look good. Sometimes if clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS doesn't help it could be your ISP caching pages. There isn't much of anything you can do about that except wait for it to clear out on it's own or try viewing your site through another network such as a cellphone with wifi turned off. In order to see around cached pages whether it's your computer or your network I would recommend googling "free proxy" and try viewing your site through one of the billions available.

[Solved] Help... I Can't Log In... Just Keep Getting A Popup

Good call Ice IT Support. Shinryuu had been asking me for ideas on what was going on with this account on IRC, and exactly three minutes before you posted this was when I told Shinryuu "brute force protection is enabled on his account." All the credit to fixing this issue goes to Shinryuu though. He's the one that actually did all the work. -

What is your Heliohost username and the the domain you are trying to add? -
It looks like your account was suspended for inactivity. To prevent your account from being flagged as inactive please remember to log in http://heliohost.org/ at least once every 30 days. While an account is suspended you cannot log in, nor can you reset your password. I have already reactivated your account for you, but here is the link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew where you can reactivate your own account if you forget to log in often enough. Now that your account is no longer suspended you should be able to log in using the original password that your account used before it was inactive. If you can't remember that password, or still cannot log in try using the "reset password" link located at http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ It should work now since your account is no longer inactive. If that doesn't work either let us know and we can reset your password manually. While I was looking at your account I also noticed that your domain is not currently hosted with us http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=promethee.org&rec=NS If you wish to host that domain on our servers the easiest way is to log into your registrars website and set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

[Solved] Addon Domains And Nameserver Requirement

What is 86.149.124.163? Are you trying to host the domain on Heliohost, or do you run a web server from your home? -
The timestamp on that domain is less than 30 minutes ago. Any changes that are made to a domain you should wait at least 24 hours for everything to start working. Everything appears to be set up right at the moment but I can't say for sure if they were prior to 30 minutes ago. It probably just needs time. If it's still not working after 24 hours let us know and we can take another look.

What is the tld on the domain? mita99.heliohost.org, mita99.tk, mita99.com, etc?

Wow, that spf builder is way more complex and confusing that it probably needs to be. Pretty much none of the options apply to a default Heliohost account. I would recommend using this: "v=spf1 a mx -all" I'm certainly not an expert at SPF records, especially not complex setups with multiple external mail servers, but that's the simplest case of one server that is allowed to send and receive mail for the domain. If you want to add it to one of your domains click "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" in cPanel and create a new TXT record with the above contents.
