Ok, your shared IP for that account is 216.218.192.170. So just follow these steps to set up external DNS. Create an A record on the DNS servers with the value that matches your account's shared IP address. Use http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain to change your domain to the one that you are trying to add. This tool will fail if you already have the domain added as a parked or addon domain. Wait 24 hours for the queued page to go away. If you did everything right it should start working.
  2. We are unable to change email addresses for users because if we did then anyone who wanted to gain control of any account on our servers could just make a request to change the email address on an account and the true owner would be locked out. If you want to change your contact address you can use this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/contact/index.html If you are unable to log into your account, and the automated password reset isn't working we can provide a manual password reset. Let us know if you need the manual password reset.
  3. Logs are disabled to reduce load. http://wiki.helionet.org/Site_statistics

  5. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because the last time you logged in was January 24th. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  6. I didn't realize that unvalidated forum accounts could not change their email address. That seems kind of silly, but if you PM me the new email address or when you reply to the deletion verification include the new email address in the reply I can manually change the Igrec account profile information for you.
  7. That doesn't really explain why you have multiple domains that mimic closely the names of various banks, corporations, and governments, nor do I see any "tutorial and project flim" on your account anywhere. I hate to be the one to "fustrate" you further, but since your explanation doesn't make any sense we cannot unsuspend this account.
  8. If it's not a phishing site, can you explain what you use your account for then?
  9. We received a report that your account was a phishing website.
  10. To prove ownership of a Helionet account prior to deletion you must be able to accept and reply to an email sent to the address that you registered the account with. Failure to reply to the deletion verification email means that the account will not be deleted. Once a reply is received the account will be deleted. Helionet forum accounts do not ever delete on their own. If you typed your email address wrong, and cannot validate it simply log into that account and change the email address to something you can validate.
  11. When requesting for a .war to be deployed please post your Heliohost username, and the filename. Also, in the future don't use spaces in the filename, and make sure you don't post your deploy request in the java request forum. That forum is only for requesting java to be installed on your account which it already is. Deployed. http://shaiws.heliohost.org/MyProject It doesn't seem to work though, but it really is deployed and running.
  12. Which server are you on? I tested phpmyadmin on both Stevie and Johnny and it worked for me. Is this still occurring for you?

Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your current main domain The server that you are on The domain you are trying to add
  14. 211 MB + 9.8 MB + 1.1 MB + .268 MB = 222.2 MB 222.2 MB < 500 MB 500 MB - 222.2 MB = 277.8 MB of free space after combining them.
  15. Yeah, no problem. Our apologies for having to limit the number of new accounts each day. If we didn't have a limit the server would surely be overrun with new accounts and our 99.9% uptime would plummet. Johnny doesn't have a limit to the number of accounts created each day, and since you want to create your account on Stevie is proof of how well that is working out.
  16. I've heard reports of some people's browsers caching the "signups are full page", so make sure you clear your browser cache before trying at 3am. There was some downtime on Piotr's server monitor last night, but if you look at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ you can see that signups were available for at least 2.5 hours on Stevie. If you look at previous days it looks like Stevie signups usually last about 5-6 hours lately, but it just depends on how many people are signing up so you can't always know for sure how long signups will be open.
  17. Perhaps we weren't clear enough in our earlier posts. This account cannot ever be unsuspended. This account cannot ever be backed up. No data from this account cannot ever be given back to you. It doesn't matter if you ask a thousand times a day for a whole year. The account was involved in serious criminal activity and all contents are considered evidence in court. We are and will continue to be cooperating fully with all involved authorities, and doing everything in our power to help bring the involved parties to justice. I don't know if you're guilty of what I described, or if you're a victim; I'm going to leave passing judgement to the proper authorities, but each user is responsible for what their account does. If you already have a backup of your data then that's the best you're ever going to get but I would recommend starting over from scratch either way.
  18. Ok, take two then. I fixed the parked/addon domain limit for your account. Try adding your domains now. Let us know if you're still having problems.
  19. Yeah, yeah, and if you're the top cheerleader in the cheerleading pyramid and the bottom-left cheerleader sneezes.. errr, we're going to just cut that off right there. Anyways, in the last fifteen hours your account has caused 5th most load on the server. So in the last six hours you've dropped quite a bit, and I would say that you're mostly safe from suspension at this point. No, not all suspensions are permanent. Generally with high load type suspensions we have a three strikes and you're out policy. That said, some suspensions are permanent on the first time and no one, not even the bottom-left cheerleader can save you from that fate worse than death.
  20. Be sure to report it as a false positive then if you're sure it's safe.
  21. Um, the server load in cPanel is the whole server, not just your account.
  22. Wow, you really do have a load problem. We host some sites that get thousands of unique visitors per day, and your site is causing more load than all of them. Your high load on a wordpress site reminds me a lot of this guy http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/14638-suspended-mobirock/ he got suspended for causing high load several times and mentioned plugins too. His account hasn't caused high load since then and it's still active. He never posted what the issue ended up being, but I'm wondering if you might be using some of the same plugins that he was. I can't hand out any of his private information but perhaps he would respond to a PM? Unfortunately most people don't come to this forum unless they have a problem, and once the problem is fixed they never check back again or explain how it was fixed.
  23. Thanks for pointing this out. That is the default value that a fresh install of PHP is set to for some reason. It seems ridiculously low to actually be useful to anyone. I have now set the max size to 20 MB which is the same as Stevie. Let us know if you're still having trouble uploading files through php.
  24. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). ANDR.Trojan.GingerBreak FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  25. Try adding your domains now. Let us know if you're still having problems hosting your domains.
