It might be a good idea to send an email to the user when an account is deleted I think. It seems most people who queue their account for deletion would like to know once it's deleted. We'll have to look into that.
-
Your old account probably hasn't been deleted yet. The 48 hours is just an upper end estimate of how long it could take. Since everything is fully automated and based on keeping the load balanced it's hard to predict when something will occur exactly, but I'd say that probably 95% of accounts will be deleted within 48 hours, 75% are deleted within 24 hours, 50% are deleted within 12 hours, etc. Obviously, if a server is experiencing high load then it will only take longer for an account to be created/deleted. What is the username you're trying to delete/recreate?

Since you prefaced your questions with this condition I figured you wanted someone to respond who knows what they are talking about. I'll be the first to admit that I have no clue what I'm talking about so I abstained from commenting. No clue. Don't know the answer to that either. Beats me. Probably guardmed.heliohost.org/appname, but that's just a guess. Ah yes, now I qualify! How about this: If you can create me a .war file of your servlet and upload it to /home/guardmed I can play around with it and see if I can get it to work. No promises though, because I've never done any of this stuff either. Just let me know once it's uploaded.

Is your emulator trying to connect to MySQL? If so you should read http://wiki.helionet.org/MySQL_Databases#Connecting_Remotely

Your account was suspended for inactivity, because the last time you logged in was November 20th. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.

It sounds like you're running asp of some sort perhaps? Most dll's you can just upload yourself. For instance I have an asp page that connects to mysql so I put MySql.Data.dll into the bin directory. Most of the junk in the public_html folder is just frontpage spam anyways, and next to no one needs it or uses it. It shouldn't cause a .dll missing error unless you originally uploaded the the .dll and then after you recreated the public_html folder you didn't upload it again.

That ip isn't blocked. Neither is this one.

I'm sure it does not.

Even if a Heliohost staff member helps you to reset your account the only way to do it is to delete your current account before you can create a new one. There is no other way to "reset" an account other than deleting and recreating. Furthermore, we can't manually delete your account until we verify that you are actually the owner of the account. Verification is required to prevent random people from claiming that they own an account and having us delete it. So, by the time a staff member sends an email to the address that created the account, and you respond verifying that you are the owner of the account and you do indeed want to delete and remake the account it will take way longer than just using the automatic account deletion script http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete Then after all of that a staff member isn't going to be able to create your account for you anyways. You will always need to create your own account, and there isn't anything that can be done about that. The worst part is it's been 7.5 hours since you created your four topics requesting an account reset, but if you had just started the deletion/recreation process yourself instead of asking on the forums your old account would probably already have been deleted, and you could have created a new account today before Stevie signups had closed for the day. Instead you'll have to wait until at least midnight PST tomorrow to create your new account, assuming you get your current account queued for deletion sometime today.

Try creating your addon domain now. Let us know if you're still having problems adding that domain.

To host your site with us the easiest way is to log into the registrar that you bought that domain from and set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Then when you go to that domain you will see the files that you put on your Heliohost account.

Your hosting account and your mike_fonehelp forum account use the same email address. Your fonehelp forum account uses a different one.

That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.

Your story appears to check out. Your current contact email address is different than the one you created the account with. The location that the account was last logged in from is a considerable distance from where you posted this topic from and from where you created the account from (which are both the same.) Here is some information if you want to track this guy down. email address: biglots123456789@gmail.com ip address: 71.232.135.188 location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States last login: Dec 19 13:06 PST Your password has been scrambled, and emailed to the address that you created the account with. I would recommend using a stronger password from now on.

This still hasn't been taken care of. Here's a hint: /home/bigpig/public_html/downloads/MinecraftSP.zip You have about 2.5 hours left to get this file cleaned or removed or your account will be suspended again.

You had multiple instances of admin/index2.php running for the past 11+ hours. I killed them for you, but make sure your scripts terminate properly and you shouldn't have this 500 error problem in the future.

Like Shinryuu said, if you don't log into your account at least once every 30 days it will be suspended for inactivity, but in addition to that if you don't reactivate an inactive account it can end up deleted too. If you state what your username, domain, and server that you created your account with we can check to see if it's been deleted or not. Otherwise you might need to just create a new account.

Yeah, Stevie cPanel is working fine. It sounds like you may have port 2082 blocked in your firewall. Does this link work for you to login? It uses port 80 instead of port 2082. http://cpanel.fonehelp.heliohost.org/

Webmail is just a client to view your email. Whether you use an app on your phone, a program on your computer, or the webmail interface it's still connecting to the same email account with all the same emails already in that account. Then install horde, if you like it. Here's a link to the software http://www.horde.org/apps/webmail/docs/INSTALL since Softaculous doesn't support one button installation of Horde. It was easy before because Xaav is more of a doer than he is a teacher, and rather than trying to explain how to do things yourself he would just log into your account and do them for you. Also, if I recall correctly he screwed things up and you yelled at him a lot.
