I have the cPanel X "johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/index.html" book marked i am using google chrome, i use this book mark all the time when i log in to the cpanel, i will switch to the link you have provided. could you ask the cpanel maintainers to add a last login date to the stats field of the index.html page or maybe a counter of how many times per month a person has log'd into the cpanel, this might help. thank you for responding so quickly.

how do i check for persistent connections, or implementing closing your mysql connections routine's in c++, and why would this be happening from within you cpanel setup under phpmyadmin or navicat on my computer, also how many connection can i have open at any one time on your the johnny server?

domain: popandsnap.co.nz email: popandsnap12@gmail.com server: johnny.heliohost.org subject: remote mysql access Hi i have come across a problem after i try to update the database i get this error "Could not connect to MySQL database 'max_user_connections' active connections", this happens when i use the cpanel version of phpmyadmin or Navicat on my computer. i'm trying to setup a remote access from my computer to the test database's iv'e setup ,i have added my ip to the remote mysql list. i would like some help in solving this problem as i am in the early stages of writing a client program to interact with the actual database later in the year at the moment i have learnt a lot about using the mysql database system and have almost solved all the problems to date. any suggestion on how to fix this problem so it doesn't reoccur in the client program would be a big help. thank you for your time.

i was finally able to reset the cpanel password using the non ssl method posted in my email, took 3 tryes to do this, thoe, so far there has been no other problems, thanks for responding to me.

hi i am having trouble logging into the popandsnap.co.nz/cpanel for the first time i have used my user name :popandsn and the password i setup when singing up, but i can't login , i have tried to reset my password but that did not work either. can you check to see if every thing is setup properly, i have waited the 48 hours. The domain name popandsnap.co.nz was created though 1st Domains and takes 24 hours every time i update the information so i need the ip's for ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org all infomation regarding the account would be helpfull i am using the johnny db. It has been over 48 hours and no sign that the web site is active. Thank you for your time. I have had no response from anyone regarding this issue. I think your customer service is extremly poor , i have singed up with other web hoisting servers before all using the cpanel system , it never takes more than a few hours to a day to get things setup, and for me to start creating a web page, but with you lot i cant do that, you looked so promising not only for your web service but most importantly the mysql database system you have. i feel so let down by you lot, that if i don't get a response to this topic, and my issues resolved then i world appreciate if you would delete my account, and i want confirmation that it has been done.
