Yes, even tried this one but NO luck so far :(/&--#62;/&--#62; I just looked at your account and not only can't I find any MySql.Data.dll file I can't even find a /bin directory. Did you delete it after you tried it or has it never existed? EDIT: Scratch that. I found your .dll files, but they are in /home/mysaving/bin/ not /home/mysaving/public_html/bin or /home/mysaving/public_html/SOMEAPP/bin Try it again with them in a ./bin relative to the .aspx file that is trying to connect to MySql.

Yes, one active account per user, unless you receive permission from us first. I was planning on taking a look at your account to see if it could be unsuspended, but I've been pretty busy so it might be a while still. That's because -- as the error implies -- the domain tra.web.id is already setup and owned by an account on Heliohost. Each domain can only be owned by one account, and anyone else who tries to add that domain to their account sees that error. This is a safety feature and it's a good thing because for instance if you owned the domain myshop.com and some criminal wanted to set up a phishing site to steal your customers information he would be blocked from adding myshop.com to his account because you already own and control it.

Historically, Heliohost just charges once for the dedicated IP and you can use it for the life of your account. However if we start running low on dedicated IPs we might have to switch it to $12 per year. Paying for a dedicated IP does not make your account immune to suspensions, if that's what your asking. The only thing that reduces your chance of being suspended for high load is moving your account to Johnny, but you're still not immune to high load suspensions; Johnny just has a higher threshold to allow people opportunity for experimentation.

Java on your account has been tested, and it now seems to be working. Let us know if you're having any other trouble getting .jsp files to work or if you wish to deploy a .war.

What I mean is you probably changed your domain and then instead of waiting 24 hours for it to go through you started asking why it wasn't working. Anyways, it's all working the way it should now.

It's been about 2 hours since this domain was last edited. 2 hours is less than the 24 hours one can expect each new domain to take to get set up. Please wait an additional 22 hours and let us know if your domain still isn't working.

About three hours ago someone uploaded another malware file to your account. /home1/malayale/public_html/forums/cache/wchckd635.php I will give you another 24 hours from the time of this post to get your account clean again. I would strongly recommend fixing whatever vulnerability is allowing people to upload this junk to your account or you will find yourself suspended over and over.

Traffic isn't necessarily the problem, although it could be part of the problem. Memory usage and CPU usage is what we monitor and what it means when we say "high server load." One (very poorly designed) site could get suspended for high load from one visitor while another would be fine with 10,000 unique visitors per date.

The account 'nemra1' was created on on Johnny on February 9th at 22:25 PST. If you were trying to move your account to Stevie and based on the dates on this post http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/15136-solved-activ-my-account-pls/ it looks like your deleted your account, and then created your account again on the same server, Johnny. Johnny isn't down 80% of the day; the uptime on Johnny is currently 87.61% which by the process of subtraction means that it's down about 12.39% of the day which is mostly in the middle of the night during daily maintenance. If you would like to move your account to Stevie you won't make any progress by deleting your account and creating it again on Johnny over and over. So I'll make it a little easier for you. It looks like you're running wordpress which is probably the most commonly targeted website software for hackers to try to upload junk to and gain control of. I would recommend upgrading to the latest version, deleting all themes and plugins, and only install themes and plugins that are verified as clean. A lot of free themes for wordpress are actually just backdoors for hackers to upload whatever they want to your website. Fixing the underlying problem will prevent your account from being suspended again for malware in the future.

Ok, the email address on the Igrec account has been changed. Log into it and resend the validation code to get that account validated. Once you have that account functional I will delete the chigle account so you will always have one functional account. (Sorry about the delay, I don't remember to check "Contact Helinet" subforum very often apparently.)
