I guess I misunderstood. I thought you were asking for your old data back, but apparently you are simply asking why the backup didn't work. I have tested the backup database feature on several MySQL databases on Stevie server and after verifying the data in the backup everything seems to be working fine for me.

You can both have an account if you want to. The rule is one account per person. A really common misconception is that you need a seperate account for each domain because people don't understand addon domains, etc. so I was just checking to see if that was the case. Just let us know.
