Thanks, this works. Why the limitation on more than one domain?

Changing my domain name servers is a huge pain in the butt, and TBH I don't trust your name servers, my MX records are on that DNS and my current nameserver hasn't let me down in 1.5 years of service. I would like to add a simple A record to redirect traffic to the heliohost servers because I have had good service with you before. I'll cut right to it: don't get me to change my nameservers, i'm not doing it.

I have decided to move my email service over to ZOHO email because it seemed to solve all of my problems because I only have one email on the domain. Thanks anyway.

Except for when i run a DNS report it tells me i have no reverse DNS set up for my mailservers. How would I set up this on heliohost's side AND on HE's side?

When i was changing my domain from a .co.cc to a .co.uk i typed in on the script www.rx14.co.uk instead of rx14.co.uk and now my email is chris@www.rx14.co.uk and my outlook has to connect to mail.www.rx14.co.uk to work. Can someone manually fix this because when i do my domain change script it stays at www.rx14.co.uk

Hi, I have recently changed my account from www.hobbsnet.co.cc to www.rx14.co.uk and i was wandering weather i should put www.rx14.co.uk or just rx14.co.uk in the change domain to box.

When Johnny comes back online how woulod i find out what email i registered with?

Yes and i said why above! I didn't create a forum account when i created my heliohost account! HRRR. I guess ill just have to wait then BUT i thought if i PM'd the password it would be fine!

Hi, I would like to move my Heliohost account from Johnny to Stevie. My current email adress may not match up with my account because i have been using an email hosted on Johnny for the last few years so i have forgoten the email i used to create my account. My username was nethobbs and all i really used it for was email so i would like a more reliable server... Johnny is regularly down so i would like to move. I can provide my password by PM if you want verification. I have recently got a new computer so i need my email to activate Steam and Cubase etc. on my new computer...
