Our apologies for limiting people to 1 account between Johnny and Tommy. Both servers are very full and are struggling to keep a decent uptime and speed. We are a small non-profit funded by donations so we don't have an infinite amount of money to purchase hundreds of servers to keep up with demand, so we decided the fairest way to provide free hosting to as many people as possible with the limited resources that we have is to limit people to 1 account between Johnny and Tommy. Our mission as a non-profit is to provide hosting to as many people as possible, not to provide hosting to a few people with multiple accounts. Since Morty is a paid premium server it doesn't have the overcrowding issue like Johnny and Tommy so we can allow people to have more than 1 account. One thing that tends to confuse people is Tommy not a $2 payment, it's a $2 donation to use a free hosting plan. The $2 donation allows you to skip the annoyance of having to signup during the fraction of a second that Johnny accounts are open. Also, since it's a donation some people use their Tommy account for decades after making the one small donation, and Tommy is free forever after securing an account, so all of those accounts continue accumulating for years and years because we provide such good service not that many people ever leave. TLDR: We're not trying to force you to pay; we're trying to make things fair for everyone. Thanks for abiding by our terms of service.

It looks like 28 accounts had their data corrupted from the power outage, and yours was included. I have restored your account from the most recent backup we had for you. Keep in mind we don't regularly back up accounts for people, and we always encourage people to make frequent backups of their own data. Now that your account works again you should be able restore any newer backup that you made yourself.

It looks like the free control panel has finished installing. You can login by going to https://vps92.heliohost.us:8083/login/ and using the username admin (not giks) and the same password as you picked when signing up on our website.

The terms of service say "Each person is allowed to have a maximum of one account between Tommy and Johnny." Having more than one email address doesn't make you more than one person. What school do you work for?

HelioHost is happy to announce that we now support PHP 8.5 on the Morty plan. The Tommy plan will be upgraded to have PHP 8.5 soon, and after that Johnny will have it installed too.

WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain casamarcial.com.br. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/talesaz.heliohost.us/casamarcial.com.br/michi/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.

If you want to be able to login to both accounts at the same time you need to upgrade at least one account to Morty. If you will never login to your friend's account again they can both stay on Tommy.

If you're setting up an account for someone else, that is fine, but you can't login to both accounts.

No problem. Let us know if you need help with anything else. We used to only allow 2 cron runs per day, and you're running about 1200 per day so I don't consider this an issue that your load is right around 8k per day. 1200 cron runs per day is pretty generous for a free service.

When I go to your domain I see a basic auth password field. Are you asking how to remove the password requirement? If not can you describe what you mean by "not working"?

Yeah, "Trojan something" is a really common name for malware, so Microsoft likely flagged it as spam since it has that word.

Did you really install a service called Trojan Cloud on your VPS? We're wondering if your VPS is hacked.

It's probably related to the reboot. Prior to the power outage the server hadn't been rebooted for a year or so.

Try reducing the frequency of the scheduled tasks.
