  1. There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=abi.heliohost.org and https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=swamyschool.tk
  2. Not possible without cPanel. You can upload phpmyadmin through SFTP and manage your databases that way though.

  4. It's ok. Thanks for trying to help.
  5. There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=vanisk.heliohost.org You might want to check your facts before you spread misinformation. I've seen you tell people blatantly false information on Discord too. If people generate their new ssl certificates and upload them to /home/username I can install them.

Thanks. Sorry it's taking so long, but like I said I'd rather spend a little extra time up front rather than making thousands of mistakes worth of extra work later.

Still trying to work all the bugs out of the transfer script. Plesk gives the impression that their transfer script will be easy and take care of everything for you, but it barely works. I'm having to rewrite massive portions of it. It will be faster in the long run to get the transfer script working up front than it would be to manually edit five thousand accounts by hand. For instance, it didn't copy the service plan correctly. Even if you got really fast and could manually change the service plan in 45 seconds, spending 45 seconds editing each of the 5000 accounts would be about 62.5 hours of work. If I can spend 30 minutes up front getting the transfer script to work then it saves me 62 hours of work.
  10. There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=arabdoctors.eu.org You can switch to php 8.0 by putting this in your .htaccess <IfModule mime_module> AddHandler application/x-httpd-ea-php80 .php .php8 .phtml </IfModule>

  12. If you generate new ssl certificates and upload them to /home/aleden I can install them for you. Don't upload them to public_html.
  13. If you generate new certificates and up load them to /home/cktrack/ I can install them for you. Don't upload them to public_html though.
  14. Generate new certificates, and upload them to /home/thorast and I can install them for you. Don't upload them to public_html.
  15. Deleted the Mercury request. We'll email you when there is space to build the Mars request.
  16. We're 100% full on VPS right now, but occasionally people cancel their VPS and when the canceled VPS gets deleted we will contact the people on the wait list in the order that they requested their VPS to see if they're still interested. You're number 12 and 13 on the wait list.
  17. Some people have gotten beta invites. They don't have full access to Plesk yet, but I've been using their accounts to test the transfer script. I've been going back and forth with them via email to make sure everything is getting copied over correctly. Normally I would just create test accounts myself, but since it's not possible to create new cPanel accounts I sorted the donors from the last year by total donations and then looked for accounts with data that I wanted to test.
  18. Thanks for noticing and letting us know.
  19. It causes a lot of load to boot up all of the VPS. Sparkie's cpu was pegged at 100% for like 3 hours last night powering on all the VPS so it's expected that there would be slowness and time outs. Also keep in mind that, like Balloons said, Johnny hasn't been moved to the newly installed hard drives yet so he is still causing slowness for the VPS at this time. Johnny will be moved in the next couple days which will result in a few hours of downtime for Johnny and slowness for the VPS during that time due to the hard drives being pegged at 100% usage. Once Johnny is moved and the dust has settled, that is when the VPS will finally get their long awaited speed improvement.
  20. You'll receive an email when your VPS is done.
  21. Nope, it shouldn't be a problem. Since you're using ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org as your nameservers the transfer script can just edit the A record to transfer your domain to the new server when your account is moved.
  22. I'm training Yashrs to help me with VPS work.
  23. Everyone will get moved to Plesk eventually. There is no set amount will get you moved today or anything. $25 is already a good donation. Don't feel like you have to donate more unless you want to. $25 already puts you in the top 100.
  24. We don't get so many crypto donations that we've ever had an issue figuring out who the donation is from. If you decide to donate just let us know the currency, amount, and time of the transaction and that should be more than enough to find and verify the transaction.
  25. Yes, if you donate with bitcoin or crypto you can get added to the invite list, but be aware that the invite won't come immediately, and the time before you get the invite will vary depending on how much you donate. We're going down the list inviting people in the order of how much they have donated. So if you donate $200 you'll be near the top of the list, but if you only donate $1 there are several hundred people ahead of you.
