No, the backups will not automatically be restored on the new Tommy after he's rebuilt. Unfortunately, Tommy is too dead to do any automated backup/restore scripts, and we don't have the staff/time to restore thousands of accounts one by one by hand. We will provide the backups through the https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ system when they are ready, and it will require you to download the files and restore them yourself onto whatever temporary or new Tommy account you make. After the data is fully backed up, the old Tommy accounts will be deleted from the system. Once Tommy v2 is ready we will make a news post, and you can request a Tommy invite or, if you made a temporary account on Rick or Johnny, we can move your account back to Tommy. We will have a list of all the accounts that existed on Tommy at the time of the crash, and if you're on the list you'll be able to get right back onto Tommy without having to donate again or be fast enough to sign up at midnight UTC. After a new server is built there is a period of time where we have to scale up slowly and tweak things a little to get the best performance, so we may not send out all the invites and move everyone back all at once. We may need to stagger it over some time depending on how many request to get back on Tommy.

Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. I've been reading this thread for more than a minute and I don't even know what it is you think you want me to do. Can you explain it simply and succinctly. I really am quite busy right now with a million other things.

I rebooted Eddie, which required rebooting Cody. Rebooting Cody causes Johnny and Ricky to stop creating new accounts, etc. Restarted.

Everything other than Tommy should be back online now.

Thanks for sharing the process for loading modules from a path. I suppose if you had a centos 7 vps or installed on your home pc you could probably even compile non python modules and they would probably work. It still seems like a lot more work than just making a post asking for it to be installed.

I think it's possible to upload the module source, and then load it from a path, but that's a lot of work, and it's easier to just install it globally for everyone to use. Which version of python are you using?

The domain gmpacademy.online has been added as an addon domain. You'll need to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org before it will work. @Byron, the problem was the addon domain was created, but the subdomain that the addon domain is parked on was either not created properly, or it was deleted. Either way the solution was to create the subdomain gmpacademy.aulas.heliohost.org.
