We're not quite finished with our transition to the new Plesk control panel, but it shouldn't be much longer. We already have all of our donors with existing accounts moved over and we will start creating new accounts for donors soon. The donors who have given the most will be sent invites to create a new account first and we'll go down the line until free signups are available again. Our free accounts have 1000 MB storage space, so if you need 2000 MB I would recommend a one time donation of $6 USD (or more) to have the space increase and get onto the best server. It will support Prestashop, and you can have as many databases as you can fit into the 2000 MB. We're a little backed up on creating new accounts right now since signups have been closed for so long, but if you donated $6 USD right now you would be #146 in line to create a new account. If you think you can fit your website into 1000 MB for free you would be #4214 in line. We're in the final stages of testing and upgrading the new account creation code, and we hope to get the line moving soon. Since the code is so new we will probably only allow a couple people to test the code each day until we make sure there are no issues, and then we can increase the amount after we're fairly confident it's working well. We have an ETA page that I can add you to (even for free) if you want to watch your position as our upgrade approaches completion. If you join the ETA page you'll receive an email when it's your turn to create an account.

It looks like Hestia locked up, and couldn't restart. I logged in to your VPS and ran the commands sudo kill 285478 sudo systemctl restart hestia Your login page on port 8083 appears to be working now. Let us know if you have any other issues.

The ISP that we use (Hurricane Electric) has the cheapest prices for IPv4 that I've seen from any company and I've shopped around across multiple US states. The cost for a /24 alone (253 usable IPv4 addresses) is $256 per month. If you need exactly 256 you'd have to get a /24 and a /29 which would be $264 per month. Obviously you can't get a server too for $250 per month if your IPv4 requirements already break your budget. Most hosting companies charge 2 or 3 times that much for IPv4. If you're referring to IPv6 though you can get as many as you want for free. When HelioHost started in 2005 we could get as many free IPv4 as we wanted, but since the internet is so close to running out of IPv4 you have to provide good justification for your need, and you have to actually use all of them too. For instance, for us to request any more IPv4 we have to be using 80% or more of them already, and our ISP can deny us more for any reason or no reason at all.

It looks like you're using Gmail. We've been getting a few reports that Gmail is blocking our emails and not even delivering them to spam. There's really nothing we can do on our end, but as a Gmail user you might be able to contact their support and say that you want to receive emails from 65.19.141.66 helionet.org and heliohost.org. Some email providers have a blacklist removal tool that we can use to help emails get delivered, but Gmail doesn't provide anything like that.

I logged into your account and clicked the webmail button for all three email addresses and the webmail page loaded up. Do you want me to change the passwords on them to see if they log in correctly? After I'm done testing them you could change the password back to what it was before.

I just sent you a password reset email from my personal heliohost.org email address. Click the link in the email and you should be able to reset your password. Regarding the domain change, Plesk isn't finished so you can't change or add domains yourself yet, but you will be able to eventually. In the meantime if you tell me the domain you want to change to I can change it for you. You can also host as many domains as you want on your account so we could just add it as a secondary domain if you want to host your .com with us again at some point.

It looks like your SSL certificate didn't cover your webmail subdomain. I reissued the SSL certificate for your account. Can you access your mailboxes now? You could set up forwarding on the various mailboxes. So for instance if you have a@sylvain.heliohost.org, b@sylvain.heliohost.org, and c@sylvain.heliohost.org you could set all three of those mailboxes to forward their emails automatically to master@sylvain.heliohost.org and that way you could check all of them at once without having to log in to each one individually. That applications button is basically the same as Softaculous that we had before. You can use it to easily and quickly install common software that a lot of people use. It won't hurt anything to install something if you want to try it out. Yes, the SSL certificate will auto-renew when the current certificate has less than 30 days left on it.

I was trying to find the donation for this person After I couldn't find the transaction on PayPal I thought maybe it was a GoFundMe donation so I opened that spreadsheet and searched for the transaction ID and didn't find it there either, but do you know what I did find? As I was scrolling up and down the name Sylvain caught my eye. You donated $25 on 2020-10-02, but with your gmail.com address instead of your hotmail.com address so the donation wasn't automatically linked to your account. Any donations after 2020-07-14 count towards the Plesk ETA. Go click the link in your email and get your account on Plesk you nut.

What was the date of the donation, and did you use PayPal or something else?

How would you know how many people were ahead of you then? What would the point of being #1 on the free list if the free list doesn't even move until all the donors have an account? Maybe we should put all 5000 people on their own list so everyone can be #1.
