  1. SPF: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3astampaner.nl&run=toolpage https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3astampaner.nl&run=toolpage https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3astampaner.nl&run=toolpage DKIM: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dkim%3astampaner.nl%3adefault&run=toolpage https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dkim%3astamphaus.nl%3adefault&run=toolpage https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dkim%3acj7limited.nl%3adefault&run=toolpage SPF and DKIM have been set up for the 3 domains you listed. If they still aren't being delivered you can send an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the report here so we can fix any other issues there are. Please be aware that the full contents of the email and all headers will be visible in the report so don't include any private information in the email.
  2. I deleted the unneeded domains, and made juliengarrigue.com your main domain. I also deleted the unneeded www symlink, and then took a look at the application page, and it only lists your install once now. My guess is garrigue.heliohost.org was one, juliengarrigue.com was two, and the www symlink was the third one maybe and they were all the same install?
  3. Yes, when there is an update there will be a notification when you log in to Plesk and a link to go update your software.
  4. There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=hiker.rocks and https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=helium.hiker.rocks I'll see about installing Python3, Flask, and Django after I get all of the issues with new account creations fixed.
  5. I can't find anything with that transaction ID. What was the date of the donation?
  6. Thanks for using our VPS service. Your subscription has been canceled and you won't be charged again.
  7. Not currently. Eventually you will be able to add domains yourself. Done Yes, Plesk can generate and automatically renew Let's Encrypt certificates for all of your domains, but you can't do SSL until you fix your nameservers. You can use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or you can use any external DNS provider with an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77.
  8. I really don't know what else to suggest. I've had quite a few people test https://webmail.groovetunez.tk/ and it works for everyone other than you.
  9. Maybe your router is blocking your website. Try using your phone to go to https://webmail.groovetunez.tk/ while disconnected from wifi.
  10. Thanks for the donation. You've been added to the waitlist. You're currently #397 to create a Tommy account. You can see your ETA by typing in your email address at the https://heliohost.org/eta/ page.
  11. No, the service that we're using to convert crypto to USD doesn't support lightning address yet. You can see the the addresses that we have at https://heliohost.org/donate/ It is possible to add new crypto addresses if you want to ask about something else.

    VPS Ports

All 65535 ports are available to be opened or closed on a VPS.
  13. The best way to handle this is to install a Cloudflare origin certificate on Plesk, and then set Cloudflare mode to Full strict. You can read about it here https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/origin-configuration/ssl-modes/#full-strict If there is a valid SSL certificate installed in Plesk it will stop trying to install a new one. I think we'll have to delete your account, and recreate it to do that. No Plesk doesn't not require a subdomain to make an addon domain. The subdomain zalivar.infantex.com.mx has been removed. It sounds like Hestia didn't set www up as a ServerAlias properly. If it was a dns error you would get an error like "the server's ip address could not be found" when you tried to load it in a browser. Apache and Nginx show a default page when they don't have any record of where the domain's DocumentRoot is. For instance if you're using Apache it would look something like this: <VirtualHost 65.19.141.197:80> ServerName infantex.com.mx ServerAlias www.infantex.com.mx DocumentRoot /var/www/html/ </VirtualHost> In Hestia that ServerAlias part was probably missing. I'd have to log in to Hestia and mess around with it for a bit to figure out why.
  14. Alright, your SPF record has been fixed https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3ajurisconsult.mg&run=toolpage I forgot a period when I was typing it in by hand.
  15. I added you to the waitlist to create a new account. You can check your ETA by typing your email address into this page https://heliohost.org/eta/
  16. I took a look at it, and there were some issues with the forum emails. The from header was admin@helionet.org but the envelope-from header was apache@brody.heliohost.org so the emails weren't perfect. I edited it so the from and envelope-from headers are both admin@helionet.org now so hopefully that helps. Gmail is really sensitive about spam and there's really nothing else we can do on our end now that the emails are perfect. Gmail might still send them to spam. The only other thing you can do is contact Gmail and ask them to deliver emails from @helionet.org and @heliohost.org to your inbox. If you can't get a hold of Gmail support the other option is switching to another email provider that does deliver our emails to your inbox.
  17. Do you have any virus protection, adblockers, or firewall on your computer? If so try disabling them.
  18. SPF and DKIM have been set up for jurisconsult.mg. Try sending an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the report here. This tool will let you know if your emails are set up correctly. Please send a real email without any private information included. If you send an email that just says "test" or something your spam score will be high. Also when you post the report link all of the contents of the email will be visible to anyone who clicks the link so don't include any private information in the email. If your score isn't perfect we can fix whatever other issues there may be.
  19. What mail provider are you using? Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc?
  20. I created an email address called krydos@groovetunez.tk and logged in to it and didn't get any message about anything timing out. I sent an email from krydos@groovetunez.tk to an external mail provider and it worked, and I replied to that email and it arrived in krydos@groovetunez.tk inbox. Everything is working for me. I think the issue here is you aren't using the right link. Try logging in at webmail.groovetunez.tk not mail.groovetunez.tk.
  21. Since you're using Cloudflare you'll need to either turn off proxy mode so Let's Encrypt will work, or get your SSL certificate from Cloudflare.
  22. I renamed your broken .htaccess and put an index.html file at public_html so https://groovetunez.tk/ and https://groovetunez.ga/ are working. Just delete that index.html file and upload your website. I also reissued your SSL certificate to cover webmail too so your webmail for both domains is working now. https://webmail.groovetunez.tk/ and https://webmail.groovetunez.ga/
  23. That's the correct IP address. You can delete cpanel, cpcalendars, cpcontacts, webdisk, and whm if you want. It doesn't really hurt anything if you leave them alone though. That's just left over garbage from cPanel.
  24. Thank you for the donation. Your storage has been increased to 2000 MB, and you've been sent an invitation email. Clicking the link in the email will allow you to move yourself to Plesk. Let us know if you have any issues, or if you need a domain added to Plesk or anything.
