  1. Our ISP rebooted some network hardware for us and our internet connection appears to be working as normal again. Let us know if you’re still having issues connecting to our servers.

    ISP Network Issues

It seems like some IP addresses around the world are being blocked from accessing the servers in our cabinet. If your IP address is affected you will see a timeout error for https://heliohost.org https://helionet.org https://johnny.heliohost.org https://tommy2.heliohost.org and every other server that we own. If your IP address isn’t affected everything will be working as usual. It seems like the IPs are being blocked on our ISP’s level so it’s not something under our direct control. We have contacted our ISP to see if they can fix it. In the meantime if you need to connect to our servers please try switching to another internet connection or using a VPN. We will let you know when everything is working normally again.

  3. What is the error?
  4. https://heliohost.org/vps/pay/?code=HSzuoRpFADNmIU2B
  5. We used to allow unlimited domains, but people like you ruined it for everyone by adding hundreds of pointless domains and causing our uptime to drop because of there being too many domains on the server.
  6. Remote access enabled. host=65.19.141.77 port=5432 username=youkko_main dbname=youkko_mages password=<set in Plesk>
  7. It is intentionally disabled. If you want root access to change settings like this you can do so on a VPS https://heliohost.org/vps/ Does it work now?
  8. Enabled. You should now be able to restart your Django app by editing the dispatch.wsgi file.
  9. Database name and database username.
  10. The module curl-cffi has been installed on Johnny's Python 3.10. You can see the current list of installed modules with this link https://krydos2.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.10.py
  11. Tommy plans are available immediately, and start at a one-time donation of $1. There is no recurring price after that and you are welcome to keep the account for 10 years or however long you want. The main difference between Johnny, the server you're already on, and Tommy is there are no free accounts on Tommy. Other than that Johnny and Tommy support all the same languages and databases. Both Tommy and Johnny require you to login every 30 days or less to keep your account active. If you ignore the emails reminding you to login your website is taken offline for inactivity, but you can easily restore it whenever you want through our website. Morty plans are not available yet, but we hope to have that server released soon. Morty plans will start at $1 per month, and you pay more depending on how much load your account causes. On Johnny and Tommy if you exceed the 100 GB per day memory limit or the 10k CPU per day limit you get suspended, but on Morty you will never get suspended for high load, we will just charge you more up to a maximum of $20 per month. Morty plans don't ever go inactive, and you never need to login if your account still has money in it. You will be able to pay for Morty for a year in advance. For instance, if you know your account won't cause very much load you could easily just put $12 into your account and your website would stay online for a year as long as you don't have any load spikes that cause the price to increase.
  12. What VPS number are you, or what is your IPv4?
  13. I already responded to this on Discord, but I think the Wordpress install is interfering with cgi-bin working. I moved the Python script to httpdocs instead of httpdocs/cgi-bin and it works fine there. Let us know if you would like to proceed with the account reset.
  14. Remote access enabled. host=65.19.141.77 port=5432 username=kyael_admin dbname=kyael_inhouses password=<set in Plesk>
  15. See https://helionet.org/index/topic/60720-hh834062-wipe-and-reinstall-everything/?do=findComment&comment=269743
  16. Your account has been reset. Please check the other email (not this one) for a link to continue to the next step in the reset process. I also made a full backup of your account prior to resetting it that you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup/ if you need it. The wiki article describing how to extract it can be found at https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  17. Yep, at the time of your suspension there were 5 readMeter.py running. Just have the new readMeter.py file check for already running instances of itself and kill them if they exist.
  18. All donors prior to 2021 have been given Johnny invites because Tommy is too full. If you want a Tommy account you have to make a recent donation.
  19. An invite has been sent to the email address you originally created your account with. After you signup you can change it to your new email address by clicking your username in the top right corner of Plesk and changing your contact info.
  20. Yep, it looks like Hestia is already installed on your VPS. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  21. Glad you got it figured out. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  22. Email service has been enabled again. Since you're using Cloudflare you'll need to set SPF, DKIM, and DMARC up yourself now.
  23. Why did you disable your mail service?
  24. The disk space usage is only calculated once per day usually.
