  1. Your PC is blocking the script from running most likely. When you log in, the cPanel pages are supposed to call back to the server to say you logged in. Some adblockers, tight security settings, and some antivirus programs break it because of how its implemented. The first thing to do is to try another browser. I unsuspended you again. By the way, the script is fixed for the future
  2. That account does not exist. The queued page is normal when a domain is pointed to our nameservers but is not attached to an account. Your domain will always show that until you sign up and add the domain. Go ahead and sign up for Stevie.
  3. The old test account never deleted itself properly...as a result, the domain is now on Stevie, but the system still thinks it belongs to a Johnny account. I'll escalate it so an admin can fully remove the domain for you. After that it's removed from Johnny, it may take 24-48 hours to correctly set up and start working on Stevie. @Krydos or @Byron: Can you remove all references to account vnsmes and the domains and DNS for vnsmes.com on Johnny? The domain is on Stevie but resolves to Johnny since he used to have a Johnny account. Also, it shows domain entries in ACP->Domains belonging to the non-existent account...
  4. Sure. As long as you only have one account at a time, you're good. Once that's gone, you can sign up again. If you want, you can also just change the domain on the existing account assuming it hasn't already been deleted: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain
  5. That account appears to be active. Do you want me to reset your password and email the new one to the address on file?
  6. I see entries for your domain in the system for an old account with the username vnsmes on Johnny, that did not delete itself correctly. Was that domain used on a Johnny account at one point?
  7. The cPanel for that account is active already. Johnny accounts can take several days (I've seen a week before) to start working completely though, and only have an uptime of 73% anyway. Personally, I'd recommend Stevie instead unless you really need the extra functionality of Johnny. You will have a much better experience with our service on Stevie. Stevie accounts usually set up in 24 hours and have 99% uptime compared to Johnny's multi-day setup and frequent downtime.
  8. Krydos or Byron can move your account to an IP accessible in China. Escalating. @paladox2014: I've removed your post because the information in it is incorrect. Even a shared server can handle multiple IP addresses. We actually have IPs that are accessible in China specifically for this purpose.
  9. We do not keep database backups. I'll escalate it, but I suspect Krydos will say we don't have one to restore. If we do have one for some reason (such as from before the MySQL repair, I think backups were made due to the nature of the fix), it won't be recent since we don't do any form of regular backup.
  10. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 41 file(s). PHP.Trojan.Uploader FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  11. We do not unsuspend phishing accounts for any reason. You're welcome to create a new account if you wish. Please keep your account secure next time.
  12. That account is suspended for Phishing. I resuspended you after I fixed your inactivity suspension and saw the several fake Barclay's sites you were hosting. Your account cannot be unsuspended and your data cannot be recovered for security reasons..
  13. The script is broken... Unsuspended.
  14. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  15. Your account is half-suspended and I can't get it to work for some reason. Normally suspending and unsuspending fixes it, but it didn't this time... Escalating.
  16. That account is not suspended. Please clear your cache.
  17. Yes the script is still broken. It usually works if used in Chrome though (even there it may need retried if the server is bogged down). Unsuspended.
  18. The script is broken. Manually unsuspended.
  19. The script is broken. Manually unsuspended. And yes, your last login was 11/30/15. Be sure to log in using http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ or the form on our website for the best chance of having your login counted.
  20. That script's been broken for months. It only works sometimes, and is rather picky about browser (I know IE and Firefox don't play nice...). I unsuspended it for you.
  21. You were inactive. Since the script is broken, I've unsuspended it for you
  22. You don't really need to do anything. Your hosting account will expire and delete itself in due time, and the forum account can simply be abandoned. Also, I am not surprised that email got reported. It's a textbook example of spam. I know that if it had been sent to me, it'd be flagged, reported, and thrown in spam automatically before I ever saw it.
  23. A PC that old is probably running IE6 and likely has AOL 8.0 or 9.0 (the last version to support 9x/ME/2000) since you mention similar era software. AOL uses IE for its browser. Not too many things work right on IE6 anymore, though I'd expect it to just display improperly. Either way, your account should be working now
