PHP is not designed to be backwards compatible between major versions, and even minor versions in some cases. If an application was written for 5.6, the likelihood it'll run on 7 or 8 is nearly zero. A 7.1 app may run on 7.2 or 7.3, but not always, and it's not likely to work on 8.x. This is the reason we offer so many versions of PHP. I still use tons of stuff that runs on 5.6 myself...

They can be underage if their parent is OK with it, or if they reside outside of the USA where COPPA does not apply (though a similar law may exist in their country). Many services do prohibit users under 13 specifically to avoid dealing with this, but our TOS does not for the moment (it probably should...). It does apply though to US under-13s though because its (extremely broad) definition includes an email address as PII, probably because it was written back in the day when email was somewhat new on the scene and they were usually linked to a person's identity...

We can either replace the domain or add another, it's up to you. Just depends on whether you plan to keep using the old one or not. As for what we need, the only information we need is the name of the new domain. As long as you post from the forum account connected to the hosting account, or send us emails from the email address used to register the hosting account, the request can be processed without any additional verification.
