  1. You're suspended because that Wordpress installation is way too heavy to run here. Elementor is notorious for making WP even more bloated than it already is. You may want to consider replacing WP entirely if you're unable to make it use fewer resources. High Wordpress load. 172.47 GB memory and 22917 CPU in 24 hours. To give an idea, you should aim to keep it under a cumulative 100GB memory and 10000 CPU units per day, yours was causing excessive load on both. Let us know when you're ready to fix the problem and we'll unsuspend you.
  2. You’re suspended for having two accounts. You’re only allowed one. Is this the one you want to keep?
  3. It's due to WordPress being configured incorrectly as a result of being moved. WP does not like being moved to another domain. Did you change the site URL in the wordpress settings after moving it? If not, you need to do so or it will keep redirecting to the wrong domain. You may also have to edit the value directly in the database in some cases depending on what you have installed if the site won't function.
  4. Some of these domains suggest you plan to host things that may violate our terms of service or cause excessive load, notably rapidleecher.eu.org (a tool usually used for downloading from file sharing sites and often used for piracy) and webproxy.eu.org (proxies are a leading cause of load suspensions). Also, keep in mind that there is a maximum of 10 domains per user, adding all of these will completely fill your account (main domain + 9 addons). Are you sure you want all of these, and can you explain how you will prevent these from causing excess load or being used for illegal activity?
  5. The site is working for me. Please clear your cache.
  6. Did you upload an index.html or index.php file? That 403 is normal when there is no index file present. Note that added domains have different document roots. That domain's root is the site1 folder, not httpdocs, so you need to put the content in site1 if you want it to appear on the elmagohd.com domain. I added an index.html to that folder for you and it works...
  7. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to work. Please ensure DNS a is set up either by using NS records pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.
  8. Escalating to Krydos so this can be troubleshot.
  9. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to work. Please ensure DNS a is set up either by using NS records pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. The MX for users hosted on Tommy is just tommy2.heliohost.org.
  10. Also, to give an idea what we saw, your account's load looked like this, hence the suspension...blew the top off the chart...
  11. That domain is being hosted on the VPS. If you want it hosted on Tommy instead, you'd need to request the domain be added to the Tommy account, and if using external DNS you also need to change the IPs to point to Tommy instead of the VPS. Then you need to move the files and any related databases to Tommy. Once everything is moved over, you would test that the site works and cancel the VPS. EDIT: That domain is already added to your tommy account, so you'd just need to move the content into the document root for that domain on your Tommy account, and update DNS.
  12. Your software was extremely resource intensive and was making the server unstable due to extremely high spike load. To give an idea, we suggest keeping CPU usage under a cumulative 10000 units per 24 hour period, you managed 7500 in less than half an hour... with spikes high enough that it was causing everyone else's account to slow down or not respond. Please let us know when you're ready to fix your script and I'll unsuspend you.
  13. Which account does he want back considering he has 3? It looks like he asked for worksforspinxo over in another topic, but he did not respond to my request for some form of proof there's 2 people. Also, if we do unsuspend the second account, please make sure these accounts are not used for crosshosting (spreading parts of a website across multiple accounts or sharing the content on two accounts between the websites, effectively using the accounts as if they were one to avoid resource limits) as doing so will get you suspended again.
  14. Causing high server load. 141.51 GB memory Your application was using too much memory, a cumulative 141.51GB over the past 24 hours, which is about 99MB continuously. To avoid being suspended, try to stay below ~100GB per 24 hours, or ~70MB continuously. At the moment there is no way to see the numbers yourself, but you can post and we can check it for you. Eventually it'll be available for you to monitor yourself in the dashboard. Unsuspended.
  15. Please take another look at this. You're still causing high load. If you do not fix this in the next few hours you'll be suspended again.
  16. Domain added. It may take up to 2 hours to work. Please ensure you set up DNS for the domain if you have not already.
  17. Account xinc has been unsuspended and a link to change your password has been emailed to you.
  18. I'd imagine it's possible, but I know there's limitations on what commands the scheduler can see for security. Krydos can answer this in much better detail than I ever could.
  19. Requests can take up to 48 hours to be completed. Please do not bump posts that are less than a day old.
  20. You're suspended for creating more than one account. Since one of the accounts has already been unsuspended, this account cannot be unsuspended. If there are multiple people sharing a computer or network, please provide proof (typically by PMing a scan of a government ID for each person such as a drivers license to an admin) that there are two individuals and we can allow for one account per person.
  21. You're suspended for having 4 accounts. The account xdwolf has been unsuspended.
  22. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  23. That account does not exist. What is your hosting account's username?
  24. Several installation archives have been deleted to reduce disk space usage and your subscription has been reactivated. Please free up additional space when you have a moment. If you need additional disk space, it can be purchased for a $5/1000MB one-time payment, with a maximum of 6000MB for a single user. If you wish to do this, please send the money to us then let us know the transaction ID and we can add the space to your account for you
