[Solved] Suspended: Texl & Texj

Yes the script is still broken. It usually works if used in Chrome though (even there it may need retried if the server is bogged down). Unsuspended. -
The script is broken. Manually unsuspended.

[Solved] Reactivate Link Doesn't Works
wolstech replied to masavini's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
That script's been broken for months. It only works sometimes, and is rather picky about browser (I know IE and Firefox don't play nice...). I unsuspended it for you. -
You were inactive. Since the script is broken, I've unsuspended it for you

You don't really need to do anything. Your hosting account will expire and delete itself in due time, and the forum account can simply be abandoned. Also, I am not surprised that email got reported. It's a textbook example of spam. I know that if it had been sent to me, it'd be flagged, reported, and thrown in spam automatically before I ever saw it.

A PC that old is probably running IE6 and likely has AOL 8.0 or 9.0 (the last version to support 9x/ME/2000) since you mention similar era software. AOL uses IE for its browser. Not too many things work right on IE6 anymore, though I'd expect it to just display improperly. Either way, your account should be working now

The script is broken anyway... Manually unsuspended.

You're the same person as tirasenna with a second forum account, and based on post history, are also trying/have tried in the past to create 2 hosting accounts (tira and okelapak) which is against our terms of service. We only allow one account per person. Creating 2 accounts will result in both being suspended. Both domains can be hosted on a single account though. Once the DNS issue is fixed, please create one account, then add your second domain in cPanel as an addon domain. @Byron or @Krydos: The DNS entries that need to be removed are for tirasenna.com and okelapak.com.

Same user as okelapak. Refer to your other post: http://www.helionet....505#entry113505

Check this file: /home/mrobo/public_html/components/com_finder/views/search/gallery.php The first report indicates it as the script that sent one of the emails. It may be infected with malware.
-
That account does not exist. I saw your other post about the DNS entry (an admin needs to fix that). Once fixed, you'll need to sign up again.
-
It's New Year's Day, so you might need to give krydos a day or two.

Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

[Solved] Heliohost Website Inactive
wolstech replied to euler45's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Try a different browser or PC. Something on your PC is preventing it from seeing your logon (adblockers and some antiviruses will do this). I just tested it and your last logon date changed to today, so it's not broken on our end. -

Unsuspended. @yashrs: A search by forum username in ACP found it. -
You can't create addin domains with cloudflare. This is intentional. You need to remove cloudflare and use our nameservers, set the domains up, and once they are working without cloudflare, set up cloudflare again. Also, be aware that A records may not be sufficient on cloudflare's end (theyll work, but the subdomans and related DNS tools in cpanel wont work). If they can do NS records, use them instead.

The script is broken which is why it didn't work for you. Unsuspended. -
Change your cpanel password here: http://stevie.helioh...sswd/index.html Be sure to select the option to synchronize MySQL password. Then log out and in again. It should work after that.

Unsuspended.

Try a different network connection (e.g. a cell phone on its data plan). Next step after that would be to remove cloudflare and see if your site works (non-https). If neither helps, I'll have the firewall checked.

It's last login was 11/27...it didn't catch the login, possibly due to load. Also, make sure to use either http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082 or the form in our website to log in. Unsuspended.
