  1. It doesn't matter how many email addresses/usernames/IP addresses you use, or how many websites you run. One person can only have one account. Multiple websites can be run on a single account with add-on domains. If they don't fit on a single account, you need to find another host for some of them. Which account do you want to keep? We'll let you back up the others one at a time.
  2. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  3. Same thing as last time...even if the main page is gone, can people access the subpages perhaps? Anything in the cgi-bin folder (proxies in there are a great way to get suspended for high load)? Also, if you would like me to, I can escalate this and Krydos will tell you the files causing your load. You've been unsuspended. Please try to keep the load down as people don't always get a third chance.
  4. The uptime on Johnny is terrible, and normal... For Wordpress, I'd recommend you delete your Johnny account and try to sign up for Stevie. The registration opens every day at midnight pacific time (should be like 7 or 8am for you based on your profile location). You can see the history and current status of registrations and the servers on the monitor page: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  5. Remove everything from the list and save, then add a % and try again. If it still doesn't work, I'll split your topic off of this one and escalate it for you.
  6. These issues would not explain that. Does the remote access still work from your own PC if you access with an app like MySQL Workbench?
  7. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

  9. If it was a lot of email from him that you noticed, I'm surprised he wasn't automatically suspended for spam (we limit emails to 50 per user per day). I'd guess he sent the spam from elsewhere. We normally don't comment on phishing accounts, however I will escalate this to the root admin so we can see what he says.
  10. Account suspended. Thank you for reporting it.
  11. This happens sometimes...no idea why. Would you like us to manually reset your password and email it to the address on file?
  12. Johnny is slow because he has a lot more features (like Java, which uses a lot of resources). We also don't limit the number of registrations (so more users), allow users to use more resources before being suspended, and the server is a VM that shares a physical box with the server that hosts our website.

  14. Your estimated Java setup date is June 12th (yes, over 3 month wait) according to the post in that forum from Krydos. That's just an estimate though. The speed at which the Java queue moves is determined by the rate at which people lose Java or get skipped over (usually from inactivity). You might wish to look elsewhere since time is short.
  15. Host should be johnny.heliohost.org. Also, remote mysql must be enabled in cPanel. You can do that here: http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/managehost.html (a % sign will allow every IP to connect, usually easiest).
  16. You can only have one .heliohost.org subdomain, so if you want to keep that domain, you'd be best off either keeping shali instead of joysbrew, or keeping joysbrew and changing your main domain (which will cause you to lose wacc.heliohost.org). I'd recommend looking into real domains though. If you have a real domain, the URL can stay the same regardless of the hosting service behind it.
  17. Not sure why. I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with an old version of PMA or MySQL though. Might also be to do with how cpanel works...the control panel and tools use a different web server called cpsrvd as opposed to the stuff that gets served publicly, which uses apache. Perhaps cpsrvd does use 5.2?
  18. We run 5.3.8 on Stevie. If you're seeing an old version number somewhere, it's likely erroneous and can be safely ignored.
  19. The line numbers look fine to me: http://i.imgur.com/WUk0Vtz.png What's wrong with them?
  20. That account is currently not suspended. Also, since you seem to think its for inactivity, how are you logging in? You need to use the form on the bottom of heliohost.org or at Stevie.heliohost.org:2082 or your login won't count.
  21. Java is a programming language of its own. Java support here refers to support for Java Server Pages, also known as JSP, servlets, or (rather improperly) "Jasper pages". The code in these pages runs on our server and the result is sent to the user, much like PHP. Javascript is a client-side language that runs in the user's browser. I'll take it you no longer want the Java support you requested? If so, I can cancel your request. That's what the "Like This" button is for
  22. Java and JavaScript are two different things. I think you confused them. You don't need any special support to use jquery here, and php comes standard on all accounts. No idea what AJS is.
  23. That account does not exist. If you've forgotten to log in for a while, it was probably deleted for inactivity.
  24. Brunik was suspended and shali has been unsuspended. Let me know when you're finished.

On the remote MySQL page in cpanel, enter a % sign to enable it. Connect using johnny.heliohost.org (or stevie.heliohist.org if youre on that server) as the host. Use your cpanel user/password for credentials.
