  1. Sent. Yes you can change it later from cPanel. Just be aware though that if you change it, I would not recommend using the address we originally tried to send the invite to. Since you can't receive the invite at that address, you probably won't be able to receive inactivity notifications or other communications from us either. I'd say ~95% of our users use a gmail address without issue.
  2. A few mail providers have blacklisted us on occasion due to abusive accounts that start spewing spam (I know Hotmail was an issue recently). We try to get unblocked as soon as we can, but it can take time unfortunately. Do you have another email address you want it sent to? Gmail usually receives them (though they do go to spam sometimes).
  3. Krydos needs to enable this for you. Escalating.
  4. Yes, Tommy offers Java/Tomcat. You can request it through cPanel, it usually takes a day or so for it to activate. Once active, you can use the same page in cPanel to deploy a WAR file, or you can upload JSP files to your public_html folder like any other script.
  5. WHMCS has been removed from Softaculous since it will not run on our servers.
  6. Unblocked. If you use https://heliohost.org/login/ this won't happen again
  7. The minimum is $1. If you donate less, Paypal takes it all in fees (if this happens we'll refund your donation, you're supposed to donate to us, not to Paypal's bottom line ).
  8. I believe it's 6...It's 4 on the other servers. The server is much faster though, so you also need to consider that the transfers and connections will be finished and closed quicker than on Johnny or Ricky. I run a ton of software myself though, and with the exception of HelioMine's backend (which has a ton of connections due to clients checking for work), I've never needed more than 1 or 2 connections concurrently, even with a significant amount of traffic on the various websites I host.
  9. It's just the name of one of our servers. Tommy is our fastest and most stable server.
  10. You caused severe high load. I'm going to have this looked into a bit more before we unsuspend it because we'd rather you know exactly what needs to be fixed beforehand. Otherwise you'll just cause a bunch of load and Johnny downtime.
  11. That sounds like the software may be too heavy to run here... Let's see what Krydos says.
  12. This is limited to prevent the server from becoming overloaded. A well-written script shouldn't have any issues with the limits we have set. What are you trying to do, and is your script closing your SQL connections when you're done with them?
  13. This is intentionally disabled due to a history of abuse (botnets and copyright infringement).
  14. We're not familiar with that site. You'd need to ask its owner.
  15. You got blocked again. Unblocked. This is likely going to keep happening while we have the firewall configured this way. I'd suggest just trying again later once the traffic from the DoS dies down a bit.

    Tommy

Looking at the firewall IP blocklist explains it...this was a DoS attack.
  17. This one wasn't anything you did, you just happened to connect during an ongoing DoS attack and got stuck in the firewall. Unblocked.
  18. That account cannot be restored because it was deleted for disk space. An invitation has been sent to the email address on file for that account so you can create a new one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  19. Deployed. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for the 404 error to go away.

    Tommy

Looks like load causing apache to die based on the monitor. There's only 4 accounts suspended on Tommy. One account suspended on Tommy is for load (mrj's account, he posted earlier). The others are banned for malware, child porn, and phishing.
  21. That would be this forum. It serves as our support system as well as a place for our users to communicate and knowledge with each other.
  22. It got suspended for high load again. Let's see if Krydos can identify what's causing it for you.
  23. That's typically how it gets taken out of read only. The thing is, in our experience, when we do that, MySQL either won't start anymore, or just corrupts everything. In the past, we had to discard the innodb data to get it working again.
