  3. Johnny failed a while back, so your account (and everyone else's who was on Johnny...) no longer exists. The cpanel you're seeing is actually the one for an incomplete rebuild of Johnny. Please see the News forum for more information. The contents of your account can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ . You will need to sign up again to continue hosting with us. Please be advised that the Johnny repairs are not yet finished, so your only choices right now are the limited sign up Ricky and tommy servers that open at midnight each day, or donating for a tommy account.

    I'd expect at least another week or so. It's not even remotely done yet, and that's ignoring testing.

  10. Yeah, high load. A proxy would definitely do it. I've stuck an htaccess with a deny from all in the proxies folder to keep them from being used and unsuspended you.

  12. It's in the middle of being rebuilt. Krydos just hasn't installed any of the HelioHost stuff yet beyond I think the load images. A lot of that is stuff that tends to get done later in the process. The attempts made at repairing the old one resulted in too many bugs, so it was rebuilt.
  13. Actually, you can and must if you have more than one site. You can have an infinite number of domains, but they need to be on a single user account. This is exactly what the addon domain option in cPanel is for. You cannot have two separate accounts.
  14. The Ricky account has been unarchived. That other domain needs to be added to the Ricky account as an addon domain. The account zetaperu and the domain buscameya.ml on Johnny have been cleaned up. Finally, you're not allowed to have 2 accounts (the fact you had two means you should have been suspended long ago and we missed it).

  17. The account ezel and the domain acpsoluciones.ml have been cleaned up. Also, you have an account on Ricky that's archived with that domain. Do you want me to restore that account? If you restore that account, you won't need to wait for registration to be open.

    @ziad87: I'm fairly certain he doesn't own the domain and doesn't realize he needs to buy it (which he can't since someone else owns it already). I can't prove it though since the domain in question has cloudflare. (Off topic...CF really needs to offer a way to see what servers are on the other side of it...even if its something you registered for / is provided for companies with reason to see it e.g. hosting, security companies, etc.).

    In that case, you can't. Most domains are NOT free. Domains are something you actually need to purchase from a company called a registrar. Since someone else already owns that domain, you can't use it. You need to find another domain. Perhaps you want to check out freenom.com, they're a registrar that lets people use various domains for free. Once you're able to register/buy a domain, you can change the domain on your hosting account here: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain

    Every domain on Ricky uses that same IP address. Are you trying to use the IP to access the site? If so, that's why it doesn't work. You must use the domain name. I see this on your domain: https://imgur.com/a/ZjB27Mb (there was a flash movie playing in the black spot at the top). If the issue was with our service, I'd see a queued page, and if it was with your registrar, I'd see either a DNS error or a queued page (depending on the issue). Since I'm able to view the site, the issue is not with our services but rather your PC or your ISP. Try a different browser and internet connection (e.g. a cell phone on its data plan) and see if it works.
