  1. It isn't for most of us. When I started here, I had to create my account at 3AM (US Eastern, at the time signups were midnight Pacific vs. UTC). Considering the circumstances, please check the email address associated with your forum account.
  2. We offer free Tommy accounts every day at midnight UTC. They're first come first served, but it is possible to get one for free. Also, Ricky accounts are relatively reliable too, and we give away quite a few of those (more than Tommy) every night.
  3. We can just move the site. I'll take care of this when I get to a PC later this morning.
  4. Does the script file have permissions of 644? If you used SFTP to upload, you need to change the permissions before the script will work.
  5. cPanel cannot use a forum account to login. It also cannot use an email address for a username (our website's login page does allow the email address as a username, but that's a custom extension we built, cPanel's official login system does not support email login). Please sign up again. There isn't anything else that will fix this. You cannot sign into an account that does not exist.
  6. No account exists with that email address. You need to sign up again. Also, note that even if the account did exist, you'd need to use its username to sign in, not your email address.
  7. This account failed to unarchive. 8. Are most/all of the hits for user predents or is that just a small portion of the list? Asking because that particular user still hosts here...he recreated his account a while back and changed the username though.
  9. It has to go to an email address unfortunately. PM me a new email address and I'll send it there instead.
  10. There's an option for contact information at the bottom of cPanel. Change it there and it should update everywhere except the forum. It may take several hours for everything to sync when you change it though, so don't expect certain things like our website to recognize the new address right away.
  11. I've been checking them manually by CTRL+Fing through the listed IPs in the Admin->IPs->Tommy list. I'm still seeing blocks for these ranges in the IP tab for Tommy, and the past two times I've fixed this for mlex, unblocking everything I can find in these two ranges for Tommy restores the access until they get blocked again. Did the whitelist not work (or did you forget to unblock him after whitelisting)? 141.101.64.0/18162.158.0.0/15
  12. It's not the inactivity that caused your account to disappear. The rebuild of the server did. Every single user who had a Johnny account has to sign up again, even those who had sites that were being used before the crash. Johnny is meant to be a testing and experimentation server, and as result from time to time breaks and may need a rebuild like we did here. This is the 4th Johnny in 3 years for what it's worth. On the other hand, Ricky has been rebuilt once (it was called Stevie before the rebuild, Stevie lasted nearly 10 years until the disks quit) and Tommy has never been rebuilt. If you want a lower risk of your account not working properly, or just vaporizing without any notice as occurred here, I'd suggest Ricky or Tommy.
  13. That account was deleted for disk space. An invitation has been sent to the email address attached to the account so you can create a new one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  14. Seeing you were on Johnny and Johnny will eventually have unlimited accounts anyway, a Johnny invitation has been sent to the email address associated with the backup.
  15. Failed FTP logins. Please make sure you have the correct credentials saved in your FTP client. Unblocked.
  16. Unsuspended. Please fix the load issue quickly. I noticed you're using Wordpress...which is famous for causing high load due to how badly coded it is. Try reducing the number of extensions your using to see if it helps.
  17. Technically yes, but I'm not too worried about it assuming it's for a team project as you said, and can understand why you'd want a separate one for the team vs. just yourself. Just be sure to delete the team account when you're finished with it.
  18. Yeah, it's definitely stuck suspended...it's suspended for me too, even though it says it shouldn't be. Manually suspending and unsuspending again didn't help... Let's see what Krydos says.
  19. Your account is suspended for two reasons. First, you caused high load, and second you have more than one account... You're only allowed one account. Is this the one you wish to keep? If so, I'll just unsuspend it and consider it a high load suspension. If not, which one do you want to keep?
  20. We don't understand what you need because of your broken English and failure to answer our questions. Have you tried adding it in cpanel? What error message do you get? Can you not sign into the server at all? Please answer these questions so we can figure out what needs to be done. Just saying you can't add it doesn't tell us anything useful.
  21. This is intentionally not supported on Johnny. The autossl service both increases load and has a limit on the number of certs it can handle. With Johnny being older hardware designed for unlimited accounts, autossl would quickly become unusable due to rate limiting anyway, and would also cause load associated with all those ssl installations, many of which would probably never even be used (we get tons of Johnny accounts that are created and never used...) Please instal your own certificate or move back to Ricky or Tommy if you need ssl.
  22. @Krydos: These ranges are the ones I've been seeing a lot over and over again. All of the blocked IPs in these ranges just say failed cPanel login. 141.101.64.0/18 - UK162.158.0.0/15 - Germany172.64.0.0/13 - Country of origin varies (I see US and Hong Kong in the list now)Bold is the ones that most often end up blocked. He's posting from Israel according to his forum posts, but I think I've seen him post with a UK IP as well. Note that when he's blocked, it still works fine for the USA. (Seen here: https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/)
  23. Krydos can enable this for you. Moving so he sees this.
  24. Yep. That account no longer exists due to the rebuild. Please refer to the link ashflazr posted for instructions to get your content backup downloaded and sign up again.
