Ack, I just realized you're using the Linux version...HelioMine on Linux can't use GPUs due to the complexity associated with configuration. They can be made to work, but you'll need to play around with your video drivers and the config files to get it working. I think you might also need to edit the heliomine.sh script to remove the --no-AMD flag from the command line for xmr-stak. The docs for the actual miner should help here: https://github.com/fireice-uk/xmr-stak Krydos developed the Linux version so he would be the one who would know more. I built the Windows version. The Windows version just supports GPUs out of the box.

That sounds about right for a Ryzen 1700. Rebooting before mining sometimes make it faster. That hash rate does not include the GPU. The software should automatically use it if it were available. When the miner starts is there a warning about "AMD backend disabled"? If so. What error is showing? The message will show toward the end when the actual mining assignment initially starts working.

I'm fairly certain the answer is no considering we've generally refused to install optimization plugins in the past, but why not...more than likely he's just going to say "use mod_deflate" though. Escalating.

Those cookies have nothing to do with it, the behavior you're experiencing is intentional and by design. It's a security feature that prevents other people from stealing your session cookies and using them to log in as you. The bad news is that you won't be able to log in at all if your IP address changes too often. This is very common if you access the site over a mobile connection (e.g. cell phone data plan). The fix is to either use a different internet connection (e.g. free wifi or home ISP), or use a VPN/proxy so your IP address doesn't change all the time.

Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.

Someone else asked about this a while back. I believe the end result was that it was incompatible with cpanel, but I can't find the topic at the moment...

You just need to make sure whatever provider you use supplies the same records that our server does. Note that a few services like Afraid.org are known to be incompatible. The data of your account will not be affected, though your domains may stop working if you don't configure it right. The changes needed will all be made at your domain registrar and your new DNS provider's website, so you will need to contact them for assistance, as the process varies from provider to provider. Please note that something.heliohost.org subdomains cannot use a third party DNS provider. Also, as a reminder, please remember that we do not support any DNS providers other than our own because we cannot properly check for issues on servers we do not control. As a result, if you ask for support, you will be required to remove the third-party DNS and switch back to ours before we can help you.

It wasn't suspended as of my last post, but did get suspended for inactivity yesterday (9/23). I just renewed it for you. Try it now.

Seems to be working fine at the moment. It was definitely down earlier, but has come back up on its own.

That account cannot be unarchived at this time because it is on Johnny, which is down for extended maintenance. Your account's contents can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ . If you wish to continue hosting with us, you can sign up again for free when registrations open, or if you're a donor, we can move this account to another server and restore it there for you instead.

Everyone is seeing that, there's something wrong with the server. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/34237-all-tommy-accounts-on-shared-ip-showing-inactive-page/

It looks like most if not all of the sites on tommy are showing that. The server is broken. Escalating to Krydos.

It looks like nearly every account on tommy that uses the shared ip is showing the account inactive page for some reason. I restarted Apache but it didn't help. Any ideas?
