Hello. When I tried to log in to my account (created a few weeks ago) today, I realised that my account had been suspended. As far as I know, I haven't broken any of the user rules, and there's nothing to indicate why I've been suspended... However, a misunderstanding may have resulted from the fact that my friend created his account on the same day as me (my friend's account has also been banned) at the same time on the same computer, and we are two different people. I don't remember receiving any notification that our accounts were considered to be double accounts, so the ban just happened without any warning, without any notification received from the panel, without any emails received... Could this problem be solved? Have a nice day and thanks to anyone who can help me. -
Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you will need to request that an admin unarchive it. Respected Admin, My website https://distribure.cf/ has been suspended. Will you please look after this matter and let me know the probable cause of account suspension? Hi folks! I got my account suspended atm(minutes ago) due inactivity, even though I was logged in to my CPanel couple of days ago (to the CPanel it self, not just the first screen you hit when get logged in). I renew it successfully by login in, so I'm just letting you know for this issue so you could track the problem if there's any.
