  1. We actually already did this, it's just sitting on a non-public dev server right now because we haven't had a chance to actually install it. Our users Bailey and miwilc were the ones in charge of that project. Perhaps PM one of them about it?
  2. If you create a new account, it disappears and we have to put it back manually. Please post your donation information and we can get it fixed for you.
  3. That account cannot be unsuspended because it has a phishing site hosted on it. Even though you didn't put it there, you're responsible for your account's security and contents, and the presence of phishing content automatically earns an account a permanent ban. Please create a new account, and don't save your password this time. For your convenience, I've sent you a Johnny invite for the replacement account.
  4. ...and now it's banned for phishing. I emptied the public html earlier, now the only thing in the account is a paypal phishing site. There's no Wordpress or other software to even hack, which means more than likely it's either a compromised password, or just intentionally being used for phishing.
  5. To everyone suggesting cache, these errors will not be caused by stale cache, so that won't help fix this. The DNS cleanup for the first error seems to not be fully completing, hence why that didn't go away. As for the second error, already existing in the Apache configuration usually means the domain is already attached to your account in another manner (e.g. as an addon or main domain), or rarely it can be that its owned by another user (perhaps a suspended account).
  6. Invite sent. The data you will need to restore from backups. You can use your own if you have them. If you were on tommy at the time of the crash, you can get also get backup from when that happened using https://heliohost.org/backup/ Any data on the banned account that's not in your backups should be considered lost.
  7. Both accounts failed due to internal errors of some sort (no reason shown in the log...). Unsolved, let's have Krydos take a look.
  8. As with your previous suspension in January, it appears WordPress was compromised yet again and used for illegal activity. WP is infamous for these security issues and is among the leading causes of unexpected suspensions here at HelioHost. Please do not use WordPress on your replacement account, or this will keep happening to you. An invite for a replacement account has been sent to you.
  9. @sohamb03: It has to be moved to Tommy, unless he wants to delete it first. He can't have two accounts. Since I'm not familiar with what's going on with this promotion though (perhaps it was being discussed on discord beyond the one topic on the News forum?? I rarely go on discord unless the forum is down or I'm asked to do so), I'll let Krydos deal with it.
  10. This account actually looks like it was going to be (or possibly was already) used for Phishing. Since the phishing content itself appears to be gone (if it ever existed), please change your password and ensure that any unknown files are removed. I removed the contents of your public_html folder as well. If we find any evidence that Phishing is occurring on your account, you will receive a permanent ban. As a reminder, HelioHost does not condone Phishing or other illegal activity, and users found to be engaged in such activity (whether intentionally or otherwise) are subject to a permanent ban and loss of their data.
  11. That's not really a fix, it's just Krydos letting everyone have two slots if they want both. Odds are when Java load becomes an issue we'll have to turn off the HTTP half to reduce it, but until then he seems to be good with it.
  12. Last I heard, we still only support one. HTTP support will go away if HTTPS is enabled because supporting both means hogging two slots.
  13. That script was hogging WAY too much memory. Please fix or remove it immediately. Unsuspended.
  14. Weird. It won't change the URL. I just deployed it again and nothing happened. Escalating to Krydos.
  15. When you deploy a WAR file, the server silently renames it to username_warname to make the name unique (if it didn't, no other user would be able to host a WAR named WebRE). If this is posing an issue for you, the solution is to compile the WAR such that the output file is already called bfpswrm_WebRE (so the code inside expects it to be called bfpswrm_WebRE). When the bfpswrm_ is already present in the name, the server won't rename it for you.
  16. Mediawiki is just really heavy software. Depending on what you have installed, it can be just as bad as Wordpress in terms of bloat. Most users don't have too many issues with it though (unlike WP).
  17. That account is suspended for Phishing. HelioHost does not tolerate phishing activity of any kind, and for security reasons will not unsuspend, back up, or delete an account that was involved in phishing. You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have. Please be aware that you will not be able to reuse any domains on your suspended account, and will need to pick a new username. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  18. Krydos has to handle this one since it's through the gofundme. I can only process regular paypal/skrill donations. Hopefully he'll see this soon.
  19. We wouldn't ban you if you had followed the rules. Our rules for content are simple: No piracy, no illegal activity, no malware, no hacking, no phishing, no botnets, and no stolen content. Because of your snarky comments, now your forum account is banned too.
  20. @snowm: You mentioned your suspension for mail a while back...those are actually automatic. The server counts your mail as its sent, and after recipient number 50 it suspends you. We had phishers sending 1000s of emails and our servers were constantly blacklisted for abuse, so we had to limit email overall to prevent that from happening. And yes, .tk domains count as "real" domains, in the sense you can actually control the DNS on them, which is what matters here. Freenom likes to cancel free domains (and subsequently charge an absurd amount of money to get it back) without warning though, so I wouldn't use them for anything that needs to stick around.
  21. Yep. Reason listed: Neither of which are welcome here.
  22. If you did not pay for it, you cannot use it. It does not matter if it's clean or not. Please provide proof you purchased the license or you'll be suspended for copyright infringement.
  23. Cloudflare and similar services are not supported on the free subdomains. To do that, you'll need to get a real domain that allows you to change the name servers, then change your main domain to that domain instead. Also, as a reminder, illegal activity, hacking tools, and similar content are against our Terms of Service and are not permitted. Please ensure that you do not host any sort of hacking tool, malware, phishing, discussions or guides on how to hack something, stolen information, or similar abusive or illegal content on your account. Doing so will result in a ban and loss of your data.
  24. This is by design. Users are limited to one WAR file at a time on our shared hosting plans for load reasons. If you need more, I would recommend buying a VPS: https://heliohost.org/vps/ With a VPS, you have full root access and can run whatever you wish. The cheapest option should be able to handle a few Java applications, but I would recommend adding a second GB of memory since Java is rather heavy on RAM.
