You were suspended for multiple reasons. First, you were suspended for creating multiple accounts when you’re only allowed 1. Second, the account is marked as suspicious. What do you plan to use this account for?

Check your permissions... files need to be set to 644 to work. As for WP...Wordpress is the one program we recommend be avoided (insomuch that we've actually considered banning it). It causes tons of load issues and is also the leading cause of hacked accounts, suspensions, and even accidental bans. It's so badly written that literally every other CMS available is faster and more secure.

Did you delete the contents of your ~/tmp folder by chance? Doing that resets your stats. Also I would verify the stats apps turned on (look under metrics editor).

The easiest solution is to use SMTP through tommy. You'll need to set your MX records for the domain sending the mail to tommy.heliohost.org if you do this (otherwise your mail will likely get marked as spam). Use tommy.heliohost.org as the host, port 25, no authentication (Lily is whitelisted on Tommy, so Lily can send mail through Tommy without authenticating).

Just a heads up, don't use Wordpress. It's the number one cause of performance issues as well as hacked accounts and even accidental bans. WP is a pile of garbage internally...so badly written that I'm actually kind of surprised it works at all to be honest. The extensions just make it even worse, especially considering many of them (especially from third party sites) tend to be either unmaintained disasters or intentionally contain a backdoor. Just about any other CMS you look at it will be both faster and more secure.

If you mean mysql, that cannot be upgraded because we are required to use the version supported by cpanel.

Freenom and most other free domains are banned. I got flagged on reddit last year for posting a link with a freenom domain. The auto mod in the subs in question deleted my posts in minutes for the domain, and one sub banned me. I ended up buying a domain for it, and no issues since. You have to buy a domain nowadays if you want to be able to promote your site. Too much abuse on the free providers.

Unless you use a crappy free provider like freenom (which tends to also be banned a lot of places), you have to buy a domain from a registrar. We recommend namecheap: https://heliohost.org/partners/namecheap/

It's not suspended and the site loads fine for me.

As flazepe said, HelioHost is banned by Facebook because we occasionally get users who host phishing sites (we're also banned by Twitter). The bans come and go, but all it takes is one person to phish and post a link to their phishing using one of our domains to get the whole hosting company blocked. The easiest fix is to get a real domain and add it to your account. Facebook's ban is by domain for *.heliohost.org, so using a different domain fixes it.

The immunity on this account expired on January 23. All the immunity does internally is push your last login date out by 4 months from the date that it's granted. If it was granted on Sept 23, the date of that post, it would've expired on Jan 23. You would've been able to skip the 4 months of logins between those two dates without a suspension. After that, you had 30 days from Jan 23 to log in or you get suspended. It does NOT change the frequency of login to "once every 4 months".

That means the ISP you're using is incompatible with our service. It's especially common if you're using cellular internet (e.g. cell phone data plan or 4G home internet). Solution is to use a VPN or find another internet provider.

I personally wish we'd just ban WP and be done with it. It'd fix a lot of the load issues we see, but we'd also lose half of our users if we did.

He's using prebuilt software...he didn't make it. If it's what I think it is, it's this: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/luckperms.28140/ It's java on the game server end, and there is no server code on our side...it's just a plain remote DB connection. I've used similar mods on my game server, and my experience has been that they need a ridiculous number of connections at any one time. These things are meant to be used with a local mysql on the game server usually. It would probably work on Tommy, but if it was anything like FEPerms I've used, the number of connections it needs would be considered abusive...
