  1. It's banned for phishing. Were you using Wordpress by chance? We've been seeing lots of hacked Wordpress installations lately, and the hackers have been setting up phishing on the accounts.
  2. Sparkie isnt a hosting server. It's the name for the hardware that holds Johnny.
  3. Those should’ve changed on their own when you moved. Are you using cloudflare or something? (As a reminder, we don’t provide support for any configuration not using our name servers).
  4. Since he mentions WP, I suspect Krydos is simply going to point to the WP install's index.php...WP's design makes it impossible for us to give any more detailed information. Nonetheless, let's see what he says.
  5. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.
  6. To clarify this one, we noticed a pattern of behavior that suggests this account was intended to be used for email fraud or phishing. Can you explain why you have domains designed to mimic legitimate domains on your account?
  7. That should be fine. Thank you.
  8. The file that flagged was the bulk email script (mlr.php), because they are almost always used to send spam. Those aren't welcome here. Please delete that and don't run those here again.
  9. Using WP is allowed, but we strongly discourage it because there are other options that are faster and more secure. We've seen one too many hacked websites due to Wordpress. To answer your original question, that wp1 folder should be inside the public_html folder.
  10. @Luigi: .br domains have to be a main domain because of .br's failure to follow industry standards. Because the heliohost.org subdomains have to be a main domain as well, he simply can't have both unless I add one manually for him. When I do it in WHM, it skips the nameserver check so I can add domains that are otherwise impossible to add for users. The domain luan.eng.br has been manually parked on top of luan.heliohost.org and should start working in the next few minutes. He needs to change his software's settings so it stops redirecting visitors to luan.heliohost.org.
  11. We have to kill them if they're stuck running. I'm assuming these run in an infinite loop? If so, I'd suggest is adding logic to them that looks for a file existing and have it quit when it exists. That way you can stop them by creating the file and waiting.
  12. Best advice to take: Don't use WordPress. It's the leading cause of high load suspensions, compromised accounts, and even phishing bans (usually when the hackers set up phishing on your account). The software is just terribly written, inefficient, and horribly insecure. Just about any other product is better.
  13. 0.6 is $0.60...two is more than enough.
  14. We ask for $1 USD, which is currently about 75 INR.
  15. You're on Johnny, not tommy, and that's why the wait is so long. Tommy has an estimate of May 9 if you move servers and request it on tommy. In fairness to everyone else, we do not offer any option to skip the java line.
  16. This is a Krydos question. He might be able to set this up, he may not. I know as of now that it's not supported. In case he is able to make this work, what version of PHP are you using?
  17. Unarchived. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  18. This will never work even when configured correctly. The server uses SNI to determine which site to serve, so it must be accessed using a domain name.
  19. Unarchived. It may take a few hours to start working.
  20. Processes for user sgdn have been terminated.
  21. /tmp was full. This should now be fixed.
  22. @Luigi: /tmp was full. Accounts will not unsuspend when tmp is full. This was also the cause of mysql being down for the past six hours. Unsuspended.
  23. /tmp was full again. User banned and spaced freed. It might take a few minutes to for MySQL to come back up. Different user than last time, but same cause: Image Magick.
  24. This is not supported. As Luigi said above a VPS would be your best option if you need to do this for some reason.
  25. @Kursatu: Please check your PMs.
