  1. I'm in the process of manually verifying this so I can send you one. We receive so few donations this way that it's not worth our while to have an automated system for it...
  2. Bingo. Sohamb03's solution is the proper way to accomplish that. Remove the subdomain in cPanel, then go into DNS zone editor and add an A record named "blog" with the IP of the external server. (Note that if you're using an external DNS service like CF, you need to do this at their site instead of in cPanel).
  3. Sent. Thank you for the donation
  4. Did you add the domain in cpanel? If it gives you a name server error adding it as an addon domain, try setting it as your main domain with this script: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain
  5. cPanel doesn't support it, so no. We can only use software versions supported by cP, and xP is known for being very slow to introduce support for new software versions. As a result, we (and other cpanel hosts) primarily run older software. Postgres is stuck on v9 for the same reason. If you really need mysql 8, you'll need to buy a VPS and run your own server instead.
  6. Yeah, MX record priority needs to be set to 0 on Tommy in order for mail to deliver for some reason. No idea why. It really shouldn't even matter when you only have one MX record, but having a record with priority 0 (highest priority) is considered a standard practice and apparently our mail server requires it for some reason.
  7. I was able to send to apps@devansab successfully after making another DNS change (which shouldn't really matter, I just changed the priority of the MX to 0).
  8. DNS for the zone devansab.com appears to be correct at this point. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  9. 1. Odds are it's just load. Hotlink protection shouldn't cause that dramatic of a change in performance. 2. He's running a laravel app, not WP. 3. /tmp is not full.
  10. Your application pool had crashed due to DNN hitting some kind of error. I've restarted it for you.
  11. WordPress is notorious for bad security. You're one of many here in the past few weeks who got an accidental phishing ban due to WP getting hacked. We highly recommend not using WP for this and many other reasons. For example, here's two others who had the same thing happen to them recently...both were hacked WP that got them banned for phishing: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/39486-solved-suspended-choccbe/ https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/39420-suspended-blitzcod/ Unfortunately, we don't have any choice but to ban accounts that contain phishing content. Out provider requires we remove this content when it's reported or detected, and if we fail to do so, they block the entire server until it is removed. Because these accounts often contain stolen data collected by the phishing site, we can't let the account owner have the account back either. An invite for a replacement account has been emailed to the address on file
  12. It's banned for phishing. Were you using Wordpress by chance? We've been seeing lots of hacked Wordpress installations lately, and the hackers have been setting up phishing on the accounts.
  13. Sparkie isnt a hosting server. It's the name for the hardware that holds Johnny.
  14. Those should’ve changed on their own when you moved. Are you using cloudflare or something? (As a reminder, we don’t provide support for any configuration not using our name servers).
  15. Since he mentions WP, I suspect Krydos is simply going to point to the WP install's index.php...WP's design makes it impossible for us to give any more detailed information. Nonetheless, let's see what he says.
  16. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.
  17. To clarify this one, we noticed a pattern of behavior that suggests this account was intended to be used for email fraud or phishing. Can you explain why you have domains designed to mimic legitimate domains on your account?
  18. That should be fine. Thank you.
  19. The file that flagged was the bulk email script (mlr.php), because they are almost always used to send spam. Those aren't welcome here. Please delete that and don't run those here again.
  20. Using WP is allowed, but we strongly discourage it because there are other options that are faster and more secure. We've seen one too many hacked websites due to Wordpress. To answer your original question, that wp1 folder should be inside the public_html folder.
  21. @Luigi: .br domains have to be a main domain because of .br's failure to follow industry standards. Because the heliohost.org subdomains have to be a main domain as well, he simply can't have both unless I add one manually for him. When I do it in WHM, it skips the nameserver check so I can add domains that are otherwise impossible to add for users. The domain luan.eng.br has been manually parked on top of luan.heliohost.org and should start working in the next few minutes. He needs to change his software's settings so it stops redirecting visitors to luan.heliohost.org.
  22. We have to kill them if they're stuck running. I'm assuming these run in an infinite loop? If so, I'd suggest is adding logic to them that looks for a file existing and have it quit when it exists. That way you can stop them by creating the file and waiting.
  23. Best advice to take: Don't use WordPress. It's the leading cause of high load suspensions, compromised accounts, and even phishing bans (usually when the hackers set up phishing on your account). The software is just terribly written, inefficient, and horribly insecure. Just about any other product is better.
  24. 0.6 is $0.60...two is more than enough.
