Change the server to tommy2.heliohost.org. Using your own domain for the server name is a known issue. Also, if port 143 doesn't work, try port 993 with SSL or TLS encryption, and select the option for require logon with SPA.

Because a large number of our users run older software that needs them. Also, the vast bulk of PHP software available out there requires 5.6 or older even though it hasn't been supported in years. I even actively develop a 5.6 app myself. One of our priorities when it comes to supported features and versions is user retention.

Can you explain the contents of the ~/httpdocs/new.brokercash.hu folder? It looks an awful lot like a phishing site (appears to be a clone of a legitimate site found at brokercash.hu).

You have forwarders set up on the professorparticular domain. Every time one of those forwarders receives email, it immediately sends an email to forward it to you, which counts as a sent message. We generally don't increase limits for mail forwarding because you can't control what you receive. Since the forwarder then sends the same message out, the result is that things like forwarded spam look like it came from our server and get us blocked. Do you want me to remove the mail forwarders and unsuspend you? -

The limit is 50 per day. Do you know why your account sent 83 emails? -
Ugh. If the content you sent was something meaningful (and not a test message, spam, etc.), I'd bet someone sent spam from our servers again and got heliohost.us blocked. If it doesn't clear up on its own, the fastest solution is to get a domain elsewhere and have us add it to your account. I've asked about it in a staff channel, but there usually isn't really much we can do about this one except wait for it to improve.

Lets see if Krydos has any additional input on this. It is possible it will not be fixed though, as you're on a server that is in the process of being retired.

That account is permanently banned for phishing. Phishing content is not allowed for any reason, regardless of why it is uploaded. Even accidental phishing (e.g. hacked Wordpress being turned into phishing) is prohibited. If the purpose of this was an educational exercise, best practice would be to demonstrate using a local (internal) server that is not exposed to the public. That said, your suspended account may make a good example to your students of what happens when you attempt to phish on free web hosting.

There's a limit of 10 messages per hour, and a total of 50 per day. It's kind of weird to see the client actually show this as an error though. Usually the messages just don't send... Have you sent 10 messages in the past hour (note that this is for the entire account, including things like scripts sending email)?

Unblocked again. If it continues to give difficulty, try changing the mailbox password in Plesk.

Krydos can install this for you. -
You need to specify the mail server host name manually (tommy2.heliohost.org) when setting up a mail client. Do not use your domain as the mail server hostname, and do not let the client automatically find it (it will find the wrong value).
