  3. Our email system converts all emails to plain text, so we cannot see the highlighting. Can you please list just the ones that are missing?
  4. What username are you trying to use to log in? The account that I think is yours (sharecirclee) is active on Morty on my end, and the website is working fine.

  6. Did you try again in a bit as it says? For Johnny users, this is normal every day around 1100-1200 EST when the server performs its routine database restart.

That way you can have your own site while there's still only 1 account. We just need his approval and need to know the name of domain the second site should have.
  8. Also, if you want to have a second website for your daughter to use, you can have up to 5 websites on a single account. Just let us know the domain name you want and we can add it to your existing account for you.

  10. Your account has been reset, and you'll receive an email shortly with a link to complete the process and create a new account. If you need any data from your old account, a backup of your old account may be available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the process is complete. Note that if your account was reset due to malware or a Terms of Service violation, a backup of your account will not be created.
  11. No. That said, it will still get killed if you exceed your load limit and get suspended. As of right now, it looks like the script is using so few resources that that won't be an issue.

  14. It looks like its working to me. If you replace the files, you may need to expressly restart the app in Plesk, and/or wait 2 hours for Apache to restart before you see any changes. During that time, you may see errors. https://api.qutegifts.co.uk/api/health
  15. We don’t allow outbound on nonstandard ports by default. I assume the remote end’s port can’t be changed? If not Krydos can unblock it.

  17. I wonder if the Tommy upgrades last week broke it. Kind of weird that you can't change the password, as that would usually be the first suggestion. Are you using FTP(S), or SFTP? I would suggest trying SFTP if possible (use tommy.heliohost.org as the host name, port 1373, and you plesk username and password for the credentials).
  18. That's normal for new accounts since we don't set those up by default. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain potato-launcher.heliohost.us. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  19. No problem. I've unlinked your paypal account from the imaraproducts account and have unsuspended both accounts. It can take several minutes before you'll be able to log in, and the domains can take up to 2 hours to function. In the future, please contact support before you buy an account for another person. The suspension occurred because our system detected that you suddenly bought a second account that wasn't on Morty, which is prohibited as you're aware. Note that if we detect similar or cross-hosted content on either of these accounts, or if we detect the same user logging into both accounts, they may be subject to resuspension and a requirement to move to Morty to be unsuspended.

  21. The domain has been added, but in order to actually host it with us you must do 1 of the following 2 options. Use our nameservers by logging in to your registrar and setting your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Use any external DNS that you want, Cloudflare is a popular free option, and create A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.
  22. The memory and execution time values are intentionally limited to prevent excessive load. You'll need a VPS if you want the settings you listed. What version of PHP do you use?
  23. Mail in a box looks like it should run on a mercury plan, though you may want to go for a Mars plan if you want the extra disk space. An extra GB of RAM might not be a bad idea either as the recommended requirements suggest 2GB, but you can always upgrade this later. Mailcow is bloated and probably won’t run well on the cheaper VPS plans due to being designed around docker. Docker adds quite a bit of overhead.
  24. This issue has been resolved. The mail server wasn't working on Tommy because of an issue with an SSL certificate.
