@Palpale Your site has been fixed. Softaculous had replaced your .htaccess with its own file, which is incompatible with your website. I've restored the backup copy and the site now works. It looks like Softaculous created a .bk file (backup htaccess) when this happened, I just renamed that back to .htaccess and the site works again. I would recommend not using the WP management tools in Softaculous with your site as a result. Use the Plesk WP toolkit instead.

That app was running well enough to get him suspended for high load. When he's ready we can unsuspend him and try to figure out what happened here, it's probably a mistake in the code somewhere considering other users are using node without issue.

Those subfolders don't exist on your account, so a 404 error is expected. If those are supposed to be virtual folders handled via mod_rewrite, you need to fix your .htaccess file or WP installation. Maximum mail size on Johnny has been set to 25MB. It might take a few minutes to take effect.

Did you update the IP addresses in Cloudflare to match the ones now shown in Plesk? The IP addresses are different on the new Tommy. You may need to turn off the proxy option temporarily too until everything works. Also, as a reminder, for the SSL settings on CF, the "SSL strict" option is not supported. Live migration doesn't work for Cloudflare users because we can't update your DNS and CF settings for you.

What exactly is the issue here? That flask app is working properly.

Did the entire key copy and fit in the TXT record? Plesk often generates DKIM keys that are longer than normal, and a lot of DNS providers require extra steps to make them fit since they often exceed 255 characters, in which case you have to break them into multiple rows in the same record. Also, be sure not to turn DKIM off once you configure it unless you want to regenerate the key.

What is the IP that you think is blocked? The one you're posting from is not, though there are a bunch of blocked IPs from your country. All of the IPs that are blocked are for failed IMAP logins, so if you have a mail client set up, please turn that off first...

Try using tommy2.heliohost.org as the hostname instead. Username and password should be the same as plesk. Note that you must use the actual username gvr590, not your email address, for FTP.

That value can be a few things. If you leave blank or put / in there, FTP will default to your home folder. Since you have a legacy account, you can enter public_html (or perhaps /public_html with a leading slash) if you want FTP to default to the document root of your main domain. New accounts would use httpdocs or /httpdocs instead.

Aliases are fixed already, there's just no UI to add them and it's not thoroughly tested (though "accidental testing" of the fix shows it works...). We can add an alias manually if they want one (in this case it would require removing the addon domain first).

This usually happens when your IP is blocked...the one you posted from isn't blocked though. What are the public IP address shown on this site for you? https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Change the server to tommy2.heliohost.org. Using your own domain for the server name is a known issue. Also, if port 143 doesn't work, try port 993 with SSL or TLS encryption, and select the option for require logon with SPA.
