  1. That is odd... Could you include a link to the page? I should have asked this earlier.
  2. is there an error_log file in the directory of this script?
  3. Are you using SSL or non-SSL? To use SSL, you must have SSL enabled on your account, since it accesses the webdisk through HTTPS.
  4. I am not an expert on Java, but does it work when you access the servlet with the name "main.jsp"?
  5. Did you request for java to be enabled on your account? EDIT: Nevermind, I see you did already. When visiting your site I am getting a 404. Could you post more information on your project please?
  6. Is your domain set as a parked/add-on domain, or the main domain of your account? If you recently created your account with HelioHost, please wait up to 24 hours for DNS to fully propagate (something the admins have no control of).
  7. Please start another topic with your question. The HelioHost community would be glad to assist!
  8. Can you still access your site through cPanel/FTP? Your index pages were most likely replaced. Simply re-upload them, and perhaps change your passwords to be safe.
  9. You can change the timezone by adding a .htaccess file in your web root (public_html) that contains the following: SetEnv TZ America/Los_Angeles Replace 'America/Los_Angeles' with one from this page: http://www.php.net/m...n/timezones.php Select the city nearest you. To change the time in HelioNet, click on your username at the top and click on 'My Settings'. There is an option that lets you select your timezone. Click 'Save' (at the bottom) when you are done.
  10. That message usually means your previous account was deleted. Users are not allowed to have more than one account on the same server, so the second one you created most likely has some sort of lock on it. An administrator should be able to sort this out.
  11. Please post here http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/81-suspended-and-queued-accounts/ so an administrator may work with your request
  12. Did you use this http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew to renew your account? If you have any .htaccess files, try removing those.
  13. Which variables? You can define your own variables, but the environment variables and (almost all) php.ini settings cannot be overwritten.
  14. Ah. Those would be ns1.heliohost.org (65.19.143.3) and ns2.heliohost.org (64.62.211.133)
  15. johnny.heliohost.org 64.62.211.131 Are you trying to park/add a domain?
  16. It does if your clients create accounts for you to host your websites. If they create accounts to host their websites and you happen to be the webmaster, I don't think that would be a problem.
  17. Check that your nameservers for the domain are set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Then allow up to 24hrs for DNS to resolve.
  18. Under email, Horde is listed twice (on the features page of the mobile version). Just FYI. Nice site by the way!
  19. @stgeorge It is a blip, everything is running normal now The DNS issue will need administrator intervention since it has not resolved itself in the past 24 hours.
  20. Your site and my site are loading at normal speeds. Please clear your cache and/or flush DNS if the problem continues.
  21. Woks for me too. Glad your problem was solved!
  22. This is an issue with HelioHost's DNS. Here are the dig results from one of my machines:
  23. Datacenters have climate control and are capable of providing up to 1,000mbps connections to the servers. They also have huge and complicated electrical setups that keep the servers running regardless of electrical problems where the datacenter is located. Modern datacenters also have lots of high security measures such as access control, surveillance monitoring, etc. Most companies do not own and operate their own datacenters, instead they look for a service called colocation. Colocation is the service that includes a place to store your server(s) along with different internet, on-site technician and electricity options. Colocation is priced based on rack space, electricity usage and internet connection. Applying for colocation services is easy, but you have to know exactly what you need first. An example of the information needed to apply for colocation may be found here: http://colocationonline.info/?Colocation_Services_Quote_Request_Form I hope this makes more sense, if you have any more questions feel free to ask!
  24. This is most likely caused by the download maxing out your process/CPU/memory limits. The best way to do this would be to use cPanel's backup wizard which provides a zip folder of your entire account or data you select to backup.
  25. Here is where I run into a wall. Is there another user or an admin familiar with ASP that could lend a hand? Thanks! I will also try Google, see if I can find anything useful there that might help. EDIT: I found this on the HelioHost wiki http://wiki.helionet.org/ASP.NET Although if you were using a higher ASP version I would expect it to return a 500 error, not 404.
