  1. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. EDIT: Account moved to a China visible IP address.
  2. Please clear your cache. *Removed duplicate topics.
  3. Unfortunately, cPanel does not support our version of Rails. Glad you got it working!
  4. When I checked the status of your account, it showed the last login to be on the day before your first post. If you logged into cPanel successfully before using the account renewal script, cPanel most likely reset the 30-day limit, thus unsuspending your account and causing the account renewal script to give you that message. The only other possibility I can think of is if another admin or mod unsuspended your account and didn't mention it. Glad everything is running!
  5. Glad your question got answered! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated. Also, I have created a page in the wiki with these instructions and added a link on the Ruby on Rails page.
  6. Your account is not suspended. Please clear your cache.
  7. Nothing is wrong with your account. The main domain registered with your account is http://fzlinxiao.heliohost.org/ Please be sure to add fvti.imbbs.in as an addon or parked domain in cPanel and allow 24 hours to be setup.
  8. The servers are operating in the Pacific Time Zone. The minimum time is based on the schedule you set it to. Cron jobs don't run immediately, so if you set it to run every day (for example), it won't run until 24 hours after it is set. There isn't a 'run once' option for cron jobs, so if you need fast results I would recommend setting it to run every minute. Wait 1 minute after setting it, then check if the link was created. Be sure to delete the cron job after so you don't exceed the two cron job per user per day limit!
  9. To create a symbolic link in cPanel, create and run a one-time cron job with the following command: ln -s /home/username/app_name/public /home/username/public_html/app_name >/dev/null 2>&1 Replace username and app_name with your info. The cron jobs utility may be found under the Advanced section of cPanel.
  10. Could you post a link to the shtml page please?
  11. I would point mydomain.com to HelioHost's nameservers, and create a CNAME record for games.mydomain.com to point to a dynamic DNS address (such as dyndns.org)
  12. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  14. This is the second time your account has been suspended for high server load. I'm sorry, but I cannot unsuspend your account. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13037-solved-suspended-webstatd/
  15. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. 16. You should be able to upload your files from your local machine to your HelioHost account through FTP and import your databases using phpMyAdmin (or the admin interface for your database engine). I don't see why it wouldn't work, unless there are system-wide setup changes. When you add another domain, it should not affect include paths and links, unless you remove the domain you created your site with. To be safe, I would recommend updating your paths when you add/park your new domain.
  17. It would appear that when HelioNet was re-organized years ago many of these topics were deleted.
  18. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
  19. Please make sure to ask permission before testing DoS firewalls on our servers. Also, it is your responsibility to keep backups of your data. Your account has been unsuspended.
  20. Yes, Johnny occasionally does have high load times, causing outages. It is not entirely caused by you refreshing too often.
  21. Thank you everyone! It truly is an honor to be a member of HelioHost's team.
  22. Please clear your cache and refresh. If that doesn't work, please post in the Queued Accounts forum in Customer Service. EDIT: http://stefilix.co.cc is working. Clear your browser cache.
  23. It shows up fine for me. Please clear your cache and refresh
