  1. This is most likely an issue on their end, try contacting their Customer Support.
  2. If Johnny had recently been down, this was most likely caused by high server load.
  3. Your account was suspended for inactivity. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache. -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.helionet.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  4. The domain change has already completed, however your nameservers must be set to ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Once you have updated nameservers on your domain and have allowed 24 hours for changes to take effect, you will be set!
  5. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  6. Is JavaScript enabled? If so, try clearing cache and if possible browsing history.
  7. Try connecting using mail.domain.com
  8. Your account is listed as inactive. Please use http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew
  9. Try a password reset from your cPanel login page.
  10. If Shinryuu's method does not work, it is possible 1freehosting filters domains not pointed to their nameservers. Unfortunately, HelioHost does not support setting NS records for domains. You may need to add or park space.spow.tk in 1freehosting's cPanel, although CNAME records should not be causing such behavior. Be sure you are setting DNS records for space.spow.tk AND www.space.spow.tk and allow up to 24 hours for DNS to fully update.
  11. I don't know what the process for this is, you'll have to wait for another admin. What were you hosting on the site?
  12. Your site was suspended for malware. I'm sorry, I cannot unsuspend your site without clearance from other admins.
  13. I am not finding that account in our database, most likely deleted due to activity. Feel free to create a new account.
  14. You may set a CNAME record for sub.first.com with the value of second.com
  15. Your account is not listed as suspended in the ModeratorCP, however your site still returns the suspended page. WHM is out of sync, this will require administrator attention.
  16. Your last login is marked as today. Are you able to access cPanel now?
  17. The link I posted was for the admins, in case there happens to be a larger issue. Your settings are fine, however now I notice your email address and account ID are not the same. To used the address "admin@pacificnetwork.co.cc", you must create it through cPanel. The account ID and email address are the same. Outgoing mail will work for any address, because scripts don't need a real email account to send messages. To receive replies, the account must be created. This is why you can send mail, not receive.
  19. No worries, I removed the extra posts. An admin should hopefully take care of that soon for you!
  20. It would seem there are possibly some errors with SMTP when accessing through webmail-like clients. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13227-sending-an-email-error/ the topics might be related.
