There are a lot more accounts caught for malware, thanks to Krydos. He increased the malware protection on our servers which allows for accounts to get caught before we get a warning from HE (the datacenter). Based on wiki history, the terms have always been that way.

Are you using a server-side programming language for your site, such as PHP, Python, or Java, etc.? EDIT: A better question to ask is: why do you want this for your website? It (in my opinion) is pointless unless you have a form on your webpage. If it is the case of a form, browsers automatically implement this functionality.

There is no bandwidth limit, however other resources are still monitored. The most common cause of MySQL load is not closing connections properly or opening and closing more than one connection per script/page. For scripts that use MySQL, I recommend opening the connection at the top of the page, and closing it at the end. You only need one connection per page for MySQL.

There is no way, since it would not be fair to make exceptions for some users and not for all. Setcronjob.com will work fine, many HelioHost users have successfully deployed it on their sites.

Users are limited to run two cron jobs per day. Also, cron jobs are deleted after they run if they have been set to run once. If you need more cron jobs than the two per day, I suggest using a service such as setcronjob.com

Yes, Stevie has the newer version of Python (2.7), Johnny runs version 2.4. You will have to move to Stevie, I do not know when Johnny will be upgraded.

HelioHost's configuration does not allow for the addition of domains that are not already controlled by the nameservers. This prevents the addition of domains not owned by HelioHost users. Understandably, some registrars want to verify their users are not moving their DNS to servers they do not own or control. An admin should be able to add the domain and override HelioHost's configuration for you.
