  1. You can't monitor your individual server load. If you feel you are causing high load, you can create a topic to ask an admin to check.
  2. If you use another email server, the email limit does not apply. However, you can still be suspended for causing high server load. You should be fine.
  3. There is a limit of 50 emails per day. I don't think enabling the lost password emails will cause problems, unless you have 50+ users forgetting their password each day Yes, HelioHost supports phpBB3.

  14. When I open cPanel/pMa and reload my site immediately after that, I receive a 500 error. If I wait for about 5 minutes with no activity on cpanel/pMa and reload my site, I do not get a 500 error. Again, this is normal behavior due to process limits to reduce resource abuse.

  20. HelioHost does not offer SSH access to users, and it does not look like there are any git plugins for cPanel. I apologize, it does not look like this is currently possible.

  24. Cody's downtime is indeed caused by Johnny, and the forums are not on Stevie because of the load they generate. They were moved off Stevie to improve uptime on that server. We are investigating ways to improve performance for Cody and Johnny, a few possibilities have been narrowed down. As for switching from IPB, that certainly won't happen anytime soon. IPB is very integrated. I'm certain we will look into it once the more crucial projects are completed.
