Hi! I am having an Issue with accessing my website, cPanel and Web-mail. This issue has been happening since around April earlier this year. Whenever I try to access my website (Regardless of the Browser or OS I'm using) it always results in a "Connection time out" (see attached PNG for example). However it seems to only be happening from within my own Internet connection as I have had other people outside my home internet visit my site and they say that it loads fine. Yesterday I spoke with my ISP (Virgin Media) (UK) and they told me that they too could access the site without any issues, they also informed me that my account was suspended (but I believe that was due to the fact that I could not log in) they told me to "Check with my Web Hosting Provider " to see if they were "Blocking My IP Address" Unfortunately that as much information as I can give for now on the issue, If you need any more information such as a Trace-route or Ping report just let me know. Hello, I am having an issue trying to send Mail from my webmail account. I saw a previous topic that was posted here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/7518-mail-function-php-is-not-working/ and saw that the fix was that the /Var partition had to be cleaned up. and I am experiencing the same issues as the poster in that thread However the /Var partition has 181 MB (0.2 GB) should that be enough or does it need cleaning out again? I'm having the same problem as MrCozza, I'm trying to install the latest version of Elgg (Which I obtained from their website) however, I too get the VIRUS DETECTED! error when ever I upload the .Zip file. Hoping for a quick response -Baxter
