    New accounts take up to 48 hours to become fully operational. You will need to wait until that time.

    Anything running on setcronjob.com does not count towards your cron job limit. The only way your account could get suspended by using setcronjob.com is if your script takes up too many server resources/causes high server load. If this is not a problem with your script, you will be fine.

    Are you typing your cPanel username in all lowercase letters?

    The rank system is based on the number of posts a user makes 10 = Rank I 50 = Rank II 100 = Rank III 200 = Rank IV 400 = Rank V Eventually you get to Rank X

    Users are allowed to run two cron jobs per day. This means one cron job that runs twice per day or two cron jobs that run once a day. For PHP scripts I recommend using setcronjob.com.

    That used to be the answer we gave people. I believe we can move away from that answer now, and was at one point successful. We only have one backend admin who has to prioritize his time. I don't know what stage of the list the Johnny issues are at, it would not surprise me if they are being worked on right now. heliohost.org and helionet.org are run by Cody, a virtual server on Charlie. Johnny is also a virtual server on Charlie, and when Johnny has issues Cody often gets affected.

    I learned as projects requiring DNS came up and I would research solutions. This site http://dnsuniversity.com/ looks to be an informative one.

    Your main domain is currently set to clchazleton.org. There is no need to add a parked or addon domain. If you are still having problems viewing your site, try clearing your cache.

    Use our server monitor http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ and try adding your domain when Johnny is green. cPanel has been in the red for awhile, I do not know what the cause of this could be.

    I am not a django expert, but my guess would be as a cron job.

    Incoming ports cannot be opened, and additions to PHP may take awhile since we only have one backend admin. Other than this you should be fine!

    I manually reset the password, and that didn't work either (discussed in IRC). Perhaps brute-force is enabled on this account? EDIT: Brute force is not enabled on this account.
