  1. My details are: Username: iceitsup Domain: iceitsupport.net Server: Stevie I usually don't post these since it is in my signature.
  2. Could you provide a link to this document?
  3. NS records are recommended. Try ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  4. Hello, I'm not sure if this ties into the addon domain issue... I used to have 4 subdomains in cPanel. Now they aren't listed. The subdomains work fine. At one point I needed to edit the A record for a subdomain, and using both the basic and advanced zone editors, I received this message: Thanks! EDIT: Deleted image so cPanel doesn't ask for username and password
  5. It should be a one-time fee. You can send the money via paypal to admin@heliohost.org
  6. The action statement in the form tag isn't specified. Perhaps that will help? echo "<Form Name ='form1' Method ='POST' action=" . $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] . ">";
  7. Please note, HelioHost will not open additional ports.
  8. I've never heard of shared SSL, but it doesn't sound very secure.
  9. Spam, probably. Don't click any of the links!
  10. Are your name servers set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org?
  11. Are your name servers set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org?
  12. You shouldn't have to wait 24 hours to see uploaded files.
  13. PHP would be best, but I think JavaScript also has a database module. Isn't cPanel completely based on JavaScript?
  14. Yes, unless it has some kind of proxy too
  15. I highly doubt they will change it to try and gain more business themselves.
  16. Try typing the database name and password again. I have often found the error is a simple mis-spelling I overlooked.
  17. I think they sit on the server until the client is ready for the next piece.
  18. Part of the reason email from Heliohost's servers land in spam folders is some users send spam mail or load spam/virus sites, causing Heliohost's IPs to be listed in spam databases.
  19. There is a process/connection limit. Wait about 10-20 seconds after uploading to refresh your page.
  20. HelioHost does support this, and many users are successfully using it. You should upload to public_html.
  21. I believe it is the time it takes for a script to run. I don't believe there is a limit on client download time, just the amount of connections per client.
  22. Rname is the administrative contact of a name server. In this case it is djbob's email.
  23. Unless you set word-wrap to none, causing unneeded page stretching, CSS can't help. You will have to tell PHP to insert a <br> / <li> / whatever tag after x amount of characters.
  24. Does zimbra require you to set an mx entry to point to their servers? This is most common for services such as Google Apps. However, if zimbra connects to HelioHost through POP/IMAP, then the A record needs to be changed back to HelioHost.
  25. HelioHost will continue, and I don't believe there are any financial issues. From what I have read, the rood admin (djbob) has been occupied by other commitments, and some of the admins are in college which also occupies a lot of time.
