Hello, I'm not sure if this ties into the addon domain issue... I used to have 4 subdomains in cPanel. Now they aren't listed. The subdomains work fine. At one point I needed to edit the A record for a subdomain, and using both the basic and advanced zone editors, I received this message: Thanks! EDIT: Deleted image so cPanel doesn't ask for username and password

Does zimbra require you to set an mx entry to point to their servers? This is most common for services such as Google Apps. However, if zimbra connects to HelioHost through POP/IMAP, then the A record needs to be changed back to HelioHost.

HelioHost will continue, and I don't believe there are any financial issues. From what I have read, the rood admin (djbob) has been occupied by other commitments, and some of the admins are in college which also occupies a lot of time.
