  1. According to http://translate.google.com/ it's Portuguese and it means Which doesn't actually make much more sense to me than the original. Googling "Habbos" it looks like it's some sort of game, so my guess is he's trying to recruit for his game maybe?
  2. If you just want to access webmail you can use this link http://centraldgr.com:2095/ or you can check your mail from a mail client using imap/pop/smtp if cpanel is being slow.
  3. Thanks for pointing this out. Johnny always has some downtime in the middle of the night due to the high load caused by nightly maintenance, but upon closer inspection I found that MySQL usage over the last three hours was much higher than it should have been. The abusing accounts have been suspended and service appears to be returning to normal.
  4. Glad your question got answered! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  5. Since the account you listed was created roughly five hours after you made your post I'm going to assume that you were trying to log into and reset a password on an account that hadn't even been created yet. The reason it sometimes takes a while for a new account to be created is because account creation is one of the highest load activities our servers perform so they are set up to automatically balance the load throughout the day. That's why the email you receive when you create a new account says Also keep in mind that no one should ever ask you for your password for any reason. If anyone does ask you for your password please report it so we can investigate. All Heliohost staff are capable of manually resetting passwords so there would never be a legitimate case where you would need to tell anyone your password. Anyways, is everything working as expected for you now?
  6. Make sure you create the databases with this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/index.html before you import the .sql file otherwise I think that is what causes the inaccessible databases. I found and removed three mysql databases that weren't visible through your cPanel.
  7. I have manually reset your password again, and emailed the new password to your contact address. I have also tested logging into your account using the password that I sent you, and was successfully able to log in. Furthermore, there is no brute force protection active on your account, nor anything else that I can find that would prevent you from being able to log in. Keep in mind that both your username and your password are case sensitive, so make sure you type or copy/paste both the username and password exactly as I have sent them to you in the email. Let us know if you can log in now, or if you're still having issues.
  8. I'm getting a 404 error on your link so I guess you moved it or deleted it, but I'm guessing the errors you were getting were because multi_json version 1.0.4 was installed. I went ahead and upgraded it for you. Updating installed gems Updating multi_json Successfully installed multi_json-1.3.6 Gems updated: multi_json Installing ri documentation for multi_json-1.3.6... Installing RDoc documentation for multi_json-1.3.6...
  9. Only inactive or suspended accounts can be deleted. This is a feature of the automated system which prevents active accounts from being deleted. So, when you queue your account to be deleted it has to flag it as inactive first. The suspended page is the same for inactive or suspended accounts. It doesn't say that you broke the ToS; it actually says that the account is suspended and then lists a few common causes of suspension, such as, causing high server load, inactivity, or breaking the ToS. Anyways, it doesn't really matter much anyways because your account has already been deleted.
  10. Does your account have a dedicated IP? SSL isn't going to work without it. If you need a dedicated IP still you can purchase one by sending $12 US to admin@heliohost.org PayPal account.
  11. However you uploaded your files just created the names but didn't upload the contents of the files. The directories and everything are there but all the file sizes are zero and have no content.
  12. Usually when I see that error that a domain is owned by another user it's because that user has created multiple accounts.
  13. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
  14. It's been added.
  15. I saw iceitsup manually reset your password yesterday; were you ever able to get logged in?
  16. Tomcat restarts on it's own from time to time, and if you need it restarted for a particular reason then you can make a post requesting a restart.
  17. Open the public_html/config/config.php file in an editor and change the line and then save your changes. CPanel even includes an editor in the file manager to make it really easy.
  18. Maybe try changing this root@stevie [/home1/coldwin]# grep -r 'pacificnetwork.co.cc' public_html/* public_html/config/config.php: define('ROOT_URL', 'http://pacificnetwork.co.cc'); and anywhere else in your site that you have pacificnetwork.co.cc hard coded in.
  19. Your account was suspended for running 5 cronjobs in one day. You are limited to 2 cronjobs. Your account has been unsuspended.
  20. That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. 21. Nope, only admins have access to restart tomcat.
  22. No, you can only remove it from the deletion queue once. If you try again it is no longer queued for deletion because it has already been reactivated.
  23. Well that wasn't my intention. My intention was to explain things to you calmly because you seemed to be panicking quite a bit. Your choices at this point are to cancel the account deletion to continue with your current account or allow the deletion to go through in order to recreate your account on Stevie. What do you want to do?
  24. Johnny isn't down and actually has less downtime so far today than a few days ago. If your talking about the little load image and the x on the home screen there was a bug in the server monitoring scripts but it's fixed now. Johnny will always have less uptime than Stevie because mono and java cause a lot of spiky load and when the load gets too high it makes pages load slowly or not at all.
