  1. In less than 24 hours your account has sent 426 emails, and received 271...
  2. You have 24 hours to remove all offensive, pornographic, or otherwise TOS breaking content starting now.
  3. Do you currently have an account on our server? You say that you can't add the domains, but there are no accounts with the name 'nicmil' or 'nicmil98' nor is the helionet account 'frohlich' attached to any accounts.
  4. Some people who have been suspended for sending spam emails have a virus or malware of some sort on their home pc and don't even realize they are sending the emails. Unfortunately for you it doesn't matter if you are actively sending the emails or someone else has your password and is sending them through your account. You are the one responsible for your account and if your account is breaking the TOS it will be suspended. It isn't fair for the thousands of other accounts on our server if your account gets them all blocked because of too much spam so we have to take action that are in the best interest of the majority not just your one account.
  5. Yeah, we have a DNS sync cron scheduled to run around 8:00 UTC so it looks like it fixed itself. Yeah, that is kind of annoying. I blame "special" kids who think iTs fUnNy tO WrItE LikE tHiS, and the grumpy old geezers who take 30 mins to type 30 characters LIKE THIS BECAUSE THEY TYPE WITH TWO INDEX FINGERS AND CAN'T BE BOTHERED WITH THE SHIFT KEY.
  6. Not entirely true. Apparently there is a cPanel app or something for phones and it doesn't record your login date properly. I have seen people manage to find a few ways like that to log in and their account still got suspended. @shazzz may I ask what your cpanel username is? There has been some progress made towards restoring our database to its precorruption state, and I was curious if your account had been relisted?
  7. Here is a link to the wiki article on moving your account between the servers which is what you will need to do to use mono/asp. http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account
  8. What some users have been doing is setting up a cron job to run every once in a while to delete the core.# files. Keep in mind that you can run a maximum of 2 cron jobs per day.
  9. Send less emails. Convince us that you will send less emails. I have unsuspended your account. Consider this a warning. If you continue to send so many emails your account will just end up suspended again very quickly.
  10. Stevie is back online now. Closing since the issue is resolved.
  11. Stevie is back online, but I noticed you have some extra nameservers listed on your domain. If you're having issues that might be the cause. If you want to host your site on our server it will work best to just have ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org because the dotvndns.vn ones are giving contradictory information. http://byrondallas.h...avan.net&rec=NS Host: kanavan.net Type: NS Target: ns2.dotvndns.vn Class: IN Host: kanavan.net Type: NS Target: ns2.heliohost.org Class: IN Host: kanavan.net Type: NS Target: nsbak.dotvndns.vn Class: IN Host: kanavan.net Type: NS Target: ns1.heliohost.org Class: IN
  12. Stevie is back online and I deleted all your core files for you. Your account is now using 211mb of diskspace.
  13. I was suspending some email spammers earlier and this account showed up as having 63,000 emails within only a few days. Looking at it closer I now notice that you *received* that many emails which isn't quite as much your fault. Your account does show up on the edges of my limits of sending too many emails though too, but I went ahead and unsuspended you. Take this as a warning. We have been having some issues lately with email spammers, and because of this we have had to crack down on accounts that abuse our servers to send large numbers of emails. Please try to send a few less emails if possible, and if there is anything you can do about the number of emails you receive we (and our servers) would appreciate it.
  14. ...as long as you have permission from your friends first otherwise it is illegal and I will delete this thread.
  15. Your cPanel password has been changed and the new password has been PM'd to you.
  16. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  17. 100% of those core.## files I've looked at recently are dumps because the script was taking too long to execute. They are fine to delete and I recommend you delete them because they do count towards your 500mb limit and they fill that up really quickly. If you want to provide your username I can take a look at some of the files for you to tell you for sure though what is causing it. To make your scripts work, and also prevent core dump files I recommend finding ways to break your scripts down into smaller pieces. Like script1 only takes a couple seconds to process and then passes to script2 which runs for another couple seconds, and passes along. What you have now is one script that might work quite well at low server load, but if the load is higher or your remote sites take longer to respond the system has to kill it because it has been executing for too long.
  18. Fixing. Ok, it should all be good to go now. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Xoviat. If anyone still sees queued page try clearing your cache.
  19. The screenshot you posted looks a lot like a CMS. Why not go to you cPanel and find softaculous and install a CMS that sounds good to you and then install a theme that looks pretty close to what you want and customize.
  20. Just make sure you have permission from the owner of the computer or only try this on your own computers. We don't condone illegal activities on helionet.
  21. I like all of your nature shots, especially the macro ones.
  22. a: No account exists with that username. b: Your account was probably deleted due to inactivity. c: Feel free to create a new account and repark your domain. d: You might also want to take a look at your nameservers on your registrars website. Currently they are set to ns1.dotage.org ns1.heliohost.org ns2.dotage.org ns2.heliohost.org It doesn't really matter that you have extra nameservers in there at the moment because your account doesn't exist, but they might cause problems once you get your account recreated.
  23. Sounds like you might be hitting the max process limit.
