Ok, thanks for the help, I guess it would be best to stay on johnny.

But I would prefer if it were on stevie, as when I signed up to Heliohost I signed onto the johnny server and noticed a lot of downtime, when I moved it to the stevie server I had noticed there was considerably less downtime.

After my account was unsuspended, I found it had been moved from stevie to johnny, is it possible that someone could please move it back to stevie the way it was moved to johnny without me needing to delete my account and re-upload my files? Oh and to Krydos, thank you for unsuspending my account even though it was the third suspension, I have been trying to reduce the load my account causes on the server, but obviously my tactics to do so weren't enough. I have now removed the chatrooms from my site and will hopefully find an alternative option. My site is a community site with over 2,000 users, my intentions were not to cause any problems for the server as I do want it to be up as much as possible. Also, I wasn't implying that Ice IT was mean, he had a right to not unsuspend my account, and I understand, maybe my choice of words weren't great and I apologise.

My account was suspended for the third time and this has lead to one of the moderators refusing to unsuspended it. The second time my account was suspended I did ask if there was any query or script in particular that was using a lot of resource, but only received the same response as the first time that it was suspended. If you would please give me another chance? I will do my best to reduce any script that could be causing high load. If you will not, then will you at least give me a backup of my files and MySQL data, or temporarily give me access to my account so I can do it myself?

I did make a topic previously saying that I wanted the backup files and my account to be deleted. I received the backup, but whenever I register on Stevie, I get an error saying that the domain is already in use. Thank you. I received a backup of my files but I'm having problems registering. When I was trying to register dsistarz.heliohost.org it said that domain was already in use, then I tried dsistarz.co.cc and I kept getting this error: "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later."

My site was recently suspended (about 2/3 days ago) I do suspect due to reasons of high resource usage (and if that is the case I apologise) I actively log into my hosting account and have made sure not to violate any of the terms.
