  1. http://smpn1tegalombo.sch.id/ works for me. Are you saying that a certain page on that domain always returns a 500?
  2. http://loversarea.tk/ is working for me, and chrome doesn't say it's a phishing page either. Maybe you have some extra extension like an anti virus program?
  3. Your account looks like it should be working. Try logging in http://heliohost.org/ once, and if that doesn't work try resetting your password http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ once, and if that doesn't work let us know and we can manually reset your password for you.
  4. To restore your public_html from backup I recommend uploading the backup file in compressed form, and then extracting it on the server. You can also extract the backup on your local computer and upload all the files separately, but it will end up taking more time overall. If you created a full site backup you will need to extract just the public_html portion of the backup before you upload it. Let us know if you need any more specific instructions than this.
  5. The last I have heard from the gmx people is on Nov 14th when they said they were going to ask their IT department to try to solve this again. They have managed to come up with a couple ideas, but so far nothing has worked. As of the time of this post we are still unable to send emails from Heliohost to any gmx accounts. Still not giving up on this though.
  6. The domain bigrock.in is not hosted on our servers: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=bigrock.in&rec=NS Set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org on any domain you want to host on our servers. Having anything other than that or in addition to that might cause the domain to give errors when you try to add it. Once the domain is set up and working you can switch it to an external DNS or cloudlfare or something like that. Once you have your domain added to your hosting account you can use this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/zoneedit/advanced.html to edit TXT and CNAME records.
  7. Alright, eoacosta has been unsuspended again.
  8. Do you use any CMS or anything like that on your site?
  9. We don't monitor bandwidth. That's why it says unlimited bandwidth http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup We do monitor load, memory usage, etc. Your account has the 10th highest load, and the highest memory usage on your server. I would focus your efforts on reducing the amount of memory you use. You're actually using 174% more memory than the second highest memory usage.
  10. Ok, try signing up again in ~2 hours http://krydos.tk/sign-up.php Let us know if you're still unable to recreate your account.
  11. Changing the domain restarts the queued process. There is no "approval". It's all a fully automated process. Everything looks good as of the time of this post. If you give it another 24 hours without changing anything it should be working.
  12. All the links work for me right now. Have you tried asking the impresscms people for support? Have you tried installing impresscms manually instead of softaculous?
  13. Did you change your main domain at any point?
  14. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on How long did you wait between deleting your account and trying to create the new account?

  16. It looks like your domain change went through correctly, you probably need to do this now http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  23. I have unsuspended your account and have been watching it. It hasn't resuspended itself again yet. Proxy scripts cause a lot of load, and when the overall server load is high the automated suspension systems are more sensitive. The goal is to keep all sites performing up to a certain reasonable threshold. Obviously with thousands of accounts on one server there are some times when many sites are all accessed at the same time. It's kind of hard to predict when this will happen because it's all rather random, but if you look at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ you can get an idea of when the server load is generally high (you will have a higher chance of being suspended for running high load scripts such as webproxies) and when the server load is low (you probably won't get suspended unless there is an unexpected spike of load and you're the one causing most of it.) Sorry for the inconvenience, but as far as I can tell everything is working as expected. The other thing that might have happened is I've seen unsecured webproxies get discovered by bots before, and then they start getting thousands and thousands of users causing massive amounts of load. That might be the case for you why your account was fine a few days ago and now it's suddenly getting suspended over and over. I suggested to another user that had this happen to him to secure his proxy down so only he could access and it solved the problem.
  24. The account milohas has been unsuspended.
  25. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). PHP.Shell-38 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
