  2. The account hooper is maxed out at 500/500 MB and admli is only at 38/500 MB. The account admli is flagged as inactive though since the last time you logged in was February 13th. When an account gets suspended for inactivity anyone can renew it using this link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew I went ahead and did that for you since you seem to be having a rough time, but you can bookmark that or whatever for future reference if you want so you don't have to wait for someone to do it for you. If you loose the domain for an account you cannot access the cPanel by going to domain.com/cpanel anymore (since the domain no longer works), but you can always access an account regardless of whether the domain works or not using the login box at http://heliohost.org/ In your case just type in admli as the username and the password for that account and it should log you in just fine. Let us know if it doesn't and we can help you gain access to that account again. As far as the overquota account, hooper, I don't really know what to delete for you. I moved the 2lisanet.com.zip archive to /home/admli and that freed up about 3 MB is all so you're now at 497/500 MB. 68 MB of that is in your public_html folder, and 419 MB is in your mailboxes. You won't lose your dedicated IP address unless you delete your hosting account or leave it as inactive for about six months or so in which case it will delete automatically. So, you don't need to worry about that. Let me know if you are still unable to get logged in. If you want to tell me what to delete I could do that too, but unless you say for sure I'm afraid of deleting something important.
  3. You could try logging into your http://dot.tk/ account and setting the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  4. For security reasons backups can only be sent to the email address that the account in question was registered with. Otherwise anyone could steal private information from any account they wished.
  5. Can you post the mysql related portions of config.php? Make sure you censor the password.
  6. Generally the www. part of the domain is just a CNAME that sends browsers to the same place as the main part of your domain, mynightapp.co.uk. For instance, you don't type username@www.gmail.com you just use username@gmail.com. Does the email work when you use mynight@mynightapp.co.uk?
  7. Is everything working? I don't see any errors on your site. If you're still getting an error it would be helpful if you could post the error.
  8. Your account was resuspended for failure to take care of the malware problem during your allotted 24 hour period. The offending files have been deleted, and your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache.
  9. It looks like the 503 error is gone, but you still have another error. Is that .dll designed for mono .net 3.5?
  10. Source: http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms Upon closer inspection copyrighted material was found on this account so a backup cannot be provided.
  11. After examining the code of the site in question, no traces of saving victims usernames and passwords was found, and your explanation seems to checks out. Apologies for the inconvenience, but the domain really does look identical to the official blizzard website. I would strongly recommend that in the future you do not use themes that mimic real sites so closely. Your site has been unsuspended. PS: Your English is better than most Americans who only speak one language.. poorly.
  12. 504 and 502 gateway errors usually only come from your ISP, but they can be caused by many things like network latency or a website loading too slowly. Your site loads nice and fast for me. Is this issue still occurring for you?
  13. Records of uptime and load dating back to September 26th 2010 are available here http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/

  15. You are responsible for anything you install on your account, and any load it causes. Installing something with no intention to use it doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but if you say so. Besides, just having rapidleech installed doesn't get you suspended, but both rapidleech and webproxies cause a ton of load when used so having it installed on your account is just begging to be suspended for high load.
  16. We actually allow unlimited bandwidth. We gave you a more than reasonable number chances to reduce the load your account creates and as far as we can tell you did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. The reason the uptime is better on Stevie is because we suspend accounts (like yours) that cause enough load to interrupt the performance of the other accounts on Stevie. On Johnny we allow accounts (like yours) free reign to experiment and cause a lot more load thus the downtime is a lot more. I just find it rather of humourous that you refuse to have your account on Johnny because of the downtime when accounts like yours are the cause of it.
  17. Everyone uploads files to their accounts. If they didn't we would host a whole bunch of identical empty websites. If "What do you use your accounts for?" is too complicated for you to understand perhaps "Why have you been suspended for high load so many times?" and "What have you done to prevent this high load?" would be better questions for you.
  18. Oh, you sure did. Success! Certificate verification passed The Certificate for the domain usa.iso-50001.info was installed on the IP 216.218.228.91. Finished SSL Install Process for usa.iso-50001.info (www.usa.iso-50001.info).
  19. His IP had already become blocked again since he had another 300ish connections in 9 hours. I unblocked it again, and whitelisted his account. It's really not that big of a deal to open that many FTP connections as long as everyone doesn't start using this crazy htmlkit client and doing the same thing. I imagine if several hundred people were all doing the same thing at the same time FTP would become so bogged down that no one would be able to connect at all, and that's the reason behind our automated systems denying access to FTP overusers.
  20. As you can probably imagine offering all of these features and 99.8%+ uptime and all this great customer support for free can -- and often does -- lead to people trying to take advantage of it. Like Shinryuu said the only thing we really limit is disk space so a lot of people get the infinitely brilliant (sarcasm) idea that if they create an unlimited number of accounts they can have unlimited disk space too. We don't have unlimited disk space to offer on our servers, nor do we have an unlimited amount of cash on hand to keep adding more and more hard drives each time we start to get low on space. Probably because we offer our service for free. So, if someone ties up our whole hard drive with 10 gigabytes or whatever of their random data it isn't really fair to all the other users who are following the rules, and now no longer have any space left for their legitimate websites. I explain all this because in order fairly enforce a rule one must fully understand the reason for the rule to exist in the first place. I can understand why it would be more attractive of a deal for your client to be able to take the website you set up and created for him, and if he no longer wants you to maintain it he can find someone else to maintain it for him or even maintain it himself. If you and your client want to have separate accounts that are both logged into and maintained (for now) by you we can allow it, but there will be a few extra stipulations: PM or Email me the following information about yourself: First name, last name, address (home or business), business name (if address is business), email address, and phone number. PM or Email me the following information about the client: First name, last name, address (home or business), business name (if address is business), email address, and phone number. No crosslinking of data files between accounts. A small "created by soandso" signature link and one image is fine, but hosting 500 MB of videos, images, or whatever on the second account would violate the multi-account rule explained above. Only the Heliohost staff (moderators and administrators) would have access to the personal info, and we would simply use it to verify that you are indeed two separate people. We never sell or distribute in anyway any personal information that we receive about our accounts. Obviously, you'll want to make sure your client is ok with you providing his information, or he can provide it himself directly. If you or your client would like to email me the data let me know and I can PM or email you the email address to send it to. If you go ahead and PM me the data make sure you remember to post on this thread letting me know that I have a new message because otherwise I will never check it. Finally, I would like to explain why I am willing to take on this extra work in order for you to create a second account for your client. Heliohost spends exactly $0 on advertising. All of our advertising comes from word of mouth, and social media. You are doing exactly what we need to grow and evolve: You found us, decided we were pretty decent, and now you're telling others to try us out too. If you know anyone else that needs what we offer feel free to tell them too. If they are a criminal, a scammer, or a silly kid that thinks it's funny to try to crash our servers you can just give them a smack for me and tell them to try some other webhosting, but if they aren't any of the above we'd appreciate the referral.
  21. What do you use your account for? Merged the prof73 and hs128 threads since it's one person who owns all of these accounts anyways.
  22. Just out of curiousity what FTP client are you using? Most clients just open a couple FTP connections and then can transfer thousands of files through those open connections without closing and starting a new connection. There is even an automated weather station that we host that opens a new FTP connection every 5 minutes or so to update the website and that only results in about 300 connections per 24 hours. The reason I ask is the more information we can get the better we can fine tune our systems to allow normal usage while still blocking the hackers and bots.
  23. You already created an account with the username 'bradyj' on April 2nd.
  24. Thanks for posting about this. I too had noticed a lot of annoying popup username/password boxes since a recent cPanel upgrade on Johnny. I just hit cancel on the popup and it would just log me in as normal. Since you posted this topic I did a little research and found the option that controls those popup boxes. It turns out that having those popups enabled actually decreases the security of the server. So, they are annoying as hell AND they reduce security. Yeah, not a tough decision to disable the crap out of them. I'm a little confused why they got enabled during the update in the first place, but they are disabled now. Let us know if you're still having trouble logging in.
  25. Your IP was blocked on April 4th for connecting to FTP 674 times in less than 12 hours. It's fine to connect to FTP that many times if you have a legitimate reason, but you should let us know in advance so your IP won't get blocked. Generally when we see that volume of FTP connections coming from one IP address that quickly it indicates a brute force attack to try to gain illegal access to data on our servers. I have unblocked your IP address so your site and cPanel should now be accessible to you again. If you expect this volume of FTP connections to continue in the future you should post to let us know what you use all those connections for and that way we can whitelist your account for unlimited FTP usage.
