Sorry, I think I mis-clicked and posted my draft. My cpanel username: yangfeng Main domain: yangfeng.heliohost.org Server: Stevie (free version) I'm a Chinese and currently I'm only able to view my webpage through a VPN. I know it's very much a problem with Chinese network (the Great Firewall of China is surely annoying...), but is there any chance that you can kindly move my IP to somewhere accessible from China? Otherwise I'd have to sign up for another Johny account and move all my data over...?

Hi thanks again for your excellent hosting features. I created an account with domain at yangfeng.heliohost.org a few days back and now I notice that I'm able to access the website from anywhere but mainland China. I used "dig yangfeng.heliohost.org" in my mainland China network and it does return the correct IP address. Am I missing something? What else can I do to check for my situation?

Hi first of all thanks for your great hosting service. I registered for a stevie account at http://yangfeng.heliohost.org a few days ago and the status checking link sent with the email tells me that the website is already online. When I try to load up the webpage though, nothing shows up (or rather, it takes a very long time and then it displays nothing). I've logged into cpanel and installed the latest version of wordpress under public_html. I couldn't figure out what's wrong. Could anyone help me take a quick look? Thanks. Funny. Just used a VPN, refreshed the page again and everything shows up. Maybe it's because the DNS changes haven't propagated to my native region yet...
