  1. We've seen this same thing with registro.br many times, and what wolstech described is the way many other people have solved their issue. Also most people when their issue is resolved never bother to let us know. When an issue is flagged as solved it simply means to the Heliohost staff that there is nothing we can currently do on this thread to help. We're just waiting. If you come back and let us know that it still isn't working then the [solved] flag can easily be removed and we can help you some more. If no one posts on a [solved] thread for over 48 hours it's assumed that everything is working, because like I said people rarely come back to let us know that it was a success, and the thread is closed.

We recommend making regular backups of your accounts regardless of whether you're breaking rules or not. It's just a good idea so you don't lose any data. You did have a warning. It's impossible to create an account on Heliohost without the bright red text "Only one account is allowed per user." appearing on your screen. It means exactly what it says. Each user is allowed to have a maximum of one account. You were warned. It's not our fault you chose to either not read the warning or ignore it. Suspending multi account violators isn't generally the highest of priorities. We'd much rather focus our time and energy on providing great uptime and great services for free. However, it isn't fair for everyone else who is abiding by the rules for you to be breaking them so eventually it was inevitable that you would be caught.

  6. I bet your account was deleted for inactivity, and someone else used the same username as you used to have. Just create a new account with a different username.

Then when there is a reply you will get an email, or notified however you have your forum account set up to notify you. Once you have your backup you can delete the account yourself with http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete or let us know and we can unsuspend the next account, but you're only allowed to have one active account at a time.
  10. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account.   16. We are the only free webhost that provides java servlet and jsp support that I know of. As such it is quite popular. The java installation date prediction is actually a worst case scenario. Most of the time it ends up getting installed considerably earlier.

  18. If you really think it will make a difference I can change your dedicated IP address once in case it was blocked in Iran before you started using it. I suspect that no matter what IP your site uses Iran will quickly block it as well. I'm not going to let you cycle through all of the IP addresses that Heliohost owns getting them each blocked one by one. The IP addresses all belong to Heliohost and users such as you are simply leasing them for a time. When you're gone someone else will need to be able to use them, and it would be unfair to the future user if none of them work in Iran or whichever other countries your site upsets. Let me know if you'd like to try changing the IP address once.
  19. Wow, that's a lot of spam. To be completely honest I didn't read most of it. Why not just create each email address @domain.whatever that you want people to be able to send mail to and forward it?
  20. You cannot add that domain to your account because it already belongs to another account. If you are the owner of both accounts you should know that each user is allowed to have one account, and if you create more than one account you run the risk of all of your accounts being suspended. It is recommended that you pick one account to continue using and use the deletion script http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete on any accounts in excess of one.

  22. If you live in a country you should probably be familiar with the local laws. In most places ignorance of the law isn't a defense, but I suppose if you don't want to figure out what's illegal or legal where you're living that's your own business. Just don't be too surprised about it if you end up in jail for refusing to learn. I always advise towards having greater knowledge. Your site doesn't appear to be illegal in the US which is where our servers are physically located. Anyways, if your IP address is blocked in a particular country have you tried requesting that your dedicated IP be unblocked? Perhaps there is some sort of appeal process or reevaluation they can do on your site.
