If so your account is located at 216.218.192.170 not 64.62.211.131 @admins, the admin control panel seems to be suspending/unsuspending accounts just fine.

Since the account that owned that domain has been inactive for over four months I went ahead and manually deleted it. Try adding the domain to your account now. Let us know if you still can't add the domain and we can take another look.

The problem is you're missing one of your ssl requirements: Sorry, no SSL key file was found for the domain eaglezaptech.com. Perhaps these instructions will help you?

To change the permissions on files you can use the file manager in cpanel or change the permissions through FTP. You don't need an admin to change your permissions for you since you can do it yourself. Let us know if you're having any trouble figuring out how and we can provide further instruction.

It just saves me a little time hunting it down and trying to figure out what you're wanting deployed. It looks like your .war deployed correctly, but all I can get it to do is give a 404 error. Perhaps reading through http://wiki.helionet.org/Java_Servlet might help?

Ok, the partially created account 'suphi' has been cleaned up which should allow you to create a new account with that username now. Let us know if you're having any other troubles.

Before you can deploy servlets your must have java/jsp enabled on your account. To get java/jsp enabled you must make a new request by following the instructions at the top of the page located here http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/74-java-requests/

I disabled roundcube and horde on Stevie to avoid further confusion from users. They will be reenabled when they are once again working.

Sharetronix located at http://condellprojex.org/share is already upgraded to version 3.4. I'm unsure why you got an error about mod_rewrite being unavailable because it's available on both servers and has been forever as far as I know. The second error you encountered looks like it temporarily couldn't connect to mysql. That error should have fixed itself after a few minutes. Is the sharetronix install working properly? Did you try upgrading it again after your last post and it worked this time? Do you need help with anything else?
