No, asp.net access had been automatically removed from your account for inactivity. Java and asp.net use a lot of system resources, and the more people who have them enabled causes the server to perform worse even if their site doesn't get any traffic at all.

You should get an email a couple days prior to your site going inactive, and you should get one right when it gets suspended for inactivity. Did you get either, or just one or the other, or none?

Webmail, softaculous, and site software aren't actually installed on your account. They're installed on the entire server. Removing them would remove them from everyone's account and there are definitely people who use them even if you don't. Alias domains and addon domains don't show up in metrics. Whatever your main domain is and whatever your subdomain of your addon domain is will show up though.

"After a configurable time" How long between scans? I suspect that the only way you'll be able to get this to work is with an internal cron, but those are limited to 2 per day. Is running twice each day enough? The other option is your script could run constantly, but that would likely cause a lot of load which would put your account at risk of suspension.
