Any particular reason why you need another account?

The reason you were seeing 500 errors is the same reason you were suspended for high load the other day: exceeding the process limit. When you already have too many unkilled processes new php processes return a 500 error because they can't start. I went ahead and killed your processes for you, your site should function now.

It was recently discovered that hundreds of accounts who had not purchased a dedicated IP address were located on random IP addresses instead of being located on the shared IP like they were supposed to be. Now, all accounts that have not purchased a dedicated IP have been moved to 216.218.192.170 where your account was previously located on 65.19.141.69. Most people use our nameservers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org so they didn't even notice the change, or at most they saw the queued page for a few minutes intermittently. Since you don't use our nameservers your A record didn't automatically update like it was supposed to. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=fellowshipofthedamned.tk&rec=A as you can see when browsers request your site they get the old IP address which no longer has your site located at it. There are two ways to fix this. 1. Log into your domain registrar ( http://dot.tk/ ) and change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org 2. Log into your current DNS provider ( http://cloudflare.com/ ) and update your A record to 216.218.192.170 EDIT: Actually there is a third option that would also work: 3. If you're interested in using ssl on your account you could also purchase a dedicated IP, and your account could be moved back to the IP address that it was located on before. However, without the dedicated IP purchase your account must be located on the shared IP.

This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. Here are the three steps to get SSL on a Heliohost account http://www.heliohost...home/signup/217 Sign up for your account. Purchase the dedicated IP address for $12 USD. Make a new post on our Customer Service forum so we can verify which payment belongs to which account. It seems you have done step 1, because your account exists and is active. If you've already done step 2 then all you need to do now is step 3. Step 3 is to tell us the transaction number of your paypal payment, and let us know which account is yours so we can verify the payment and assign the dedicated IP to the account which allows the account to use SSL.

That should be fine. Cron jobs are when you visit the cron section of cpanel and schedule a script or command to run at a certain time. Cgi can run as many times a day as you wish, and the only limit is how much load your account is causing.

I did some testing, and it seems that if you have a file named index.jsp it works fine, but if you have a file named Index.jsp with the exact same permissions and content it causes tomcat to give a 404 error. Try removing or renaming your Index.jsp file and let us know if it works.

If you think your scripts are going haywire you can always set up a cron for a minute or two in the future with contents of killall -u chuck That will stop any runaway scripts from overloading the server. Keep in mind that you're only allowed 2 cron jobs per day, and if you run more than 2 your account will get suspended. There isn't really any good ways to see what is currently running. You can always post on the forums and ask for assistance though.
