Make sure your python files are executable. The default file permissions are 644, but cgi files need 755 to execute.

Since you're on Tommy you can deploy your .war files through cpanel. When it is deployed it will say "Deployed." and provide a link to your deployed .war file.

What happens when you create the subdomains?

Did you create the emailaddress@harmanankohli.ml? Are you sending mails to whatever@harmanankohli.ml or from whatever@harmanankohli.ml?
