  1. Your certificate has been successfully installed, and you should be able to access https://azseniorservices.com/ within 24 hours.
  2. Your public_html permissions and owner and group are correct. Your site is loading fine for me. If you're concerned about uptime I would recommend moving your site to Stevie, our production server, instead of Johnny, our experimental server. Since Johnny is experimental it has much higher load thresholds, and runs numerous unstable services. As such Johnny's uptime regularly varies between 85% to 95% while Stevie's uptime for the entire month of October was 99.96% and is almost always 99.8%+. If you're interested in moving here is the instructions: http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account
  3. PHP is available on both servers so it is not a valid reason to have two accounts.
  4. According to the log files /home1/pakcric/public_html/stalk/fb.php is running for really long amounts of time and using a lot of system memory.
  5. Iceitsupport is correct. It looks like version 3.3.3+ will work better on searches that include words with less than four letters. I'm going to move upgrading the forum software up a few notches on the to do priority list.
  6. Your account is showing up as clean now. Thank you for taking care of this. On the homepage of Heliohost it says "professional grade hosting". Part of that is because we offer a lot of features that other hosts do not. Some hosts disable all sorts of features in order to make their hosted accounts more secure, but the downside of having all that extra security is lack of features. Here at Heliohost our servers are actually very secure, but each user is responsible for securing their own site. If you install themes or plugins from dubious sources, or run outdated versions of popular cms software then yes it is very easy to hack you. It's kind of like the phrase "we give you enough rope to hang yourself". We have accounts that have been online constantly since 2007 that have never been hacked. If you have questions about how to secure your site to prevent this from happening again feel free to ask for suggestions from the Heliohost community. We're here to help.
  7. Your current domain is listed as 0gate.com. Did you have beprogrammer.ml added as a parked domain or an addon domain when you originally tried to change your main domain? If so that's why the main domain change failed. Either way you should try changing your main domain again now. Once your main domain is changed successfully you should see the change in cpanel instantly. Let us know if you're still having issues changing your main domain. @iceitsupport if the domain change fails because the domain already exists in the system that database can show the change as successful, when the main domain is actually still set to the original value.
  8. It looks like you already have an account and the creation system is denying you a second account. Does the username hhost45 with domain http://julian.heliohost.org/ created and last logged in to on August 6th, 2013 sound familiar to you? If so you can reactivate your existing account by using this link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew
  9. On October 29th they said that it would be working within 24 hours. After 24 hours I tested it and it still wasn't working. I sent their customer support team a message saying it still wasn't working. I have yet to hear back from them. I'm not giving up on this though.
  10. If you're curious, the last time you logged in was December 2nd, 2012.
  11. I'm actually looking forward to 11.39 with its (finally) IPV6 support, but that's pretty cutting edge for a system with thousands of users.
  12. Ok, now fifactor has been unsuspended again. It's really simple. You may only have one active account. You created more than one account. If you ask for one account to be unsuspended that means all of your other accounts have to be suspended so you only have one active. Your one active account is now fifactor. If you ask for an account other than fifactor to be unsuspended, then fifactor will be suspended, and whatever other account you ask for will be unsuspended. I don't know how to explain it any clearer than that. You are the reason your account keeps getting suspended because you ask for it to be. I don't know about any of the other Heliohost staff, but I'm getting a little tired of switching your active account around constantly due to your inability to understand. If English isn't your first language perhaps it would be beneficial to you to have someone who understands English read this and explain it to you in a language that you do understand.
  13. Do you have any specific reasons for any of this or are you just picking random numbers?
  14. I still don't see a SSL certificate installed for your domain. If you want me to try installing it for you just PM me the .crt, .key, and .ca text blocks. Just make sure you let me know on this thread that you PMed me otherwise I never check for PMs. Yes, the instructions I gave are for installing a root signed ssl certificate that won't give visitors to your site an error message. Using a self signed certificate will give your visitors an error such as:
  15. Any particular reason?
  16. Pornography isn't allowed on Heliohost. You probably should have read our terms before you created your account http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms
  17. cPanel on Johnny is back online. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17356-johnny-relicensed/ Are you able to reset your password now?
  18. I'm still seeing http://algby.com/ fine. You didn't really answer my question. Do you mean that all links to algby.com result in a 404 error for you? Does the homepage load, and then if you click any link it gives you a 404? Does the links that give you a 404 error always give you a 404 or do they sometimes work?
  19. There is no account with that username or domain in the system. It might be possible that Johnny's cPanel being unlicensed http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17346-cpanel-license-expired/ caused issues with your account being created. I would recommend trying to create your account again. Let us know if you're still having issues creating your new account.
  20. Yes, you can use external DNS to host a domain with us. To do so just use this script http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain to change your main domain and create the A record to point at the shared IP listed in your cPanel.
  21. Are you sure you would like to use your dedicated IP on Johnny? Johnny is our experimental server, and as such his uptime generally varies between 85% to 95%. Stevie, our stable server, generally has uptime of 98% to 100%. If you would like to switch servers before I install your dedicated IP you can follow the instructions here http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account If you would like to use your dedicated IP on Johnny just let us know on this thread.
  22. This is fixed now. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17356-johnny-relicensed/
  23. Well, the only real difference is your account has a dedicated IP now. If you want to use SSL you'll still need to purchase a certificate or use a self signed certificate and install it on your account. The downside to self signed certificates is that visitors to your site will see an error message in their browser, but they are free.
  24. The account ijrit has been unsuspended. You can create your backup by visiting this link http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/backup/index.html
  25. Clearly. You can only have one account. Fifactor has been unsuspended.
