I am finding that incoming emails sent by others to me are taking literally days to arrive. Why would this be so slow ?

Sorry this is probably a really basic question but when I open http://[mydomain].heliohost.org in the browser I can see my website and when I go to .heliohost.org"]www.[mydomain].heliohost.org It will not load. What do I need to change? Many thanks
