If you change your email address in cpanel it can take a few hours, but it will eventually change itself on our website too. It just takes some time to sync up.

I agree that the most likely case here is your computer is infected with malware.

I've seen that domain subfolder before. I think it has something to do with ftp that creates it. I'm not completely sure because it's never happened to any of my accounts. You can safely delete it or ignore it. Whichever you feel like doing. It certainly isn't hurting anyone by being there.

Admin can't activate your account. You account activates itself in somewhere between 5 mins to 12 hours. If you pick the Ricky server the max time it could take is 2 hours. Tommy accounts activate instantly.
