@bdistler, could you try changing your password a few times to different things with and without special characters? I suspect that there is some symbol that is messing up the login.

I added the account byron to the ACP. Can you log in now? I haven't changed your password.

Mystery solved (for you at least). You can't log in to accounts that aren't listed in the ACP.

May I change the password on the byron account to see if I can replicate the issue?

I just changed the password on my Stevie account to have a $ in it and I can still log in through the new website.

I changed your password, and was able to successfully log into the new website with username or email. The classic site login worked too. Perhaps it has something to do with the particular password you had it set to? Try resetting your password to what it was to see if it works now? Also you could try a different browser?

@chrishaynes, if the domain already exists on the system the main domain change script will not work. You can check your current main domain in cPanel, which is currently symbiotic.it. It looks like chrishaynes.co.za is currently an addon domain on your account. So if you want to change your main domain you must delete the addon domain first. If the main domain change script works you will be able to see the change in your cPanel. @admins, the ACP is updated to the new domain even if the domain change script fails. So if the domain already exists in the system the ACP will be updated, but the main domain doesn't actually change. @root admins, you can check the current main domain through WHM, which might differ from the ACP if an error occurred.
