Right now we're sending 0 invites per day because there are a couple issues with new account creation that need to be fixed.   7. Not sure. I assumed it would. My personal account on Plesk has existed since July 2021 and I've never had to reissue SSL certificates for it. All 14 domains renew automatically. I guess we'll see in 60 days if your certificates renew like they're supposed to.
  8. You just have to reissue it and check the right boxes: Wildcard certificates aren't currently supported. I went ahead and reissued the certificate for you to see if there were any errors maybe, but it worked just fine on the first try.
  9. It's not particularly useful because it's mostly just links to post your support requests on the forum for now, but it helps give new users an idea of what is available. Also we have had quite a few users buy a VPS, not read the part about emailing them, and then expect to be able to log in immediately. With the VPS dashboard they can log in immediately like they expect to be able to and it shows them that their build is still in progress which reduces the confusion and support requests.
  10. I already enabled mail in the other thread. Make sure you change your passwords and run a malware scan on your computer too. If the spam messages continue we'll need to disable mail again. The other thing you can do is use an external mail provider like a free Zoho account. That way our servers don't handle the mail and we won't get the abuse reports.
  11. It looks like your Ricky account is registered to your ...jeff@gmail.com and your VPS is registered at your ...ejeff@gmail.com address. The reason you're getting the ETA page is probably because you're trying to log in with ...jeff@gmail.com is my guess. Since you don't need the Ricky account I can just delete it for you. You can also log in to VPS using your username which is jeff.
  12. It looks like you can't enable mail service on your own. That might be useful in the future for people who send too many emails. Instead of suspending their whole account we could just disable their ability to send emails. I enabled mail service on both of you domains, and also reissued your SSL certificates to cover www and webmail. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

  16. Your account was suspended for phishing. I know you well enough to know it wasn't you, but your account was obviously hacked. Would you like me to delete all of the content out of it, and transfer it to Plesk for you?   24. You main domain has been changed. Your website won't work and you won't be able to install ssl until you set your nameservers. You can either use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or you can use any external DNS service such as Cloudflare and create an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

First of all, our email system doesn't process images so if you need to send an image to us you'll need to upload it to an image sharing service such as imgur.com and then share the link with us instead of attaching it directly. Second of all, we definitely didn't have anything to do with it. We don't log in to or modify accounts unless requested to, in the case of abuse, or violations of our terms of service. Finally, I logged in to your account and it looks like Hestia forgot about www. The domain https://wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/ was working. The domain https://wa2uet-weather.com/ was working (without the www), but https://www.wa2uet-weather.com/ wasn't working. I was able to add an alias for www so all three versions are working now. It's highly unlikely that posting the website on Facebook had anything to do with this. Probably just a bug in Hestia. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
